I was front right. Right by DJ. Sound was ropey as hell for the vocals. Too often Rose was drowned out by the band. Gig was ok, it was never going to be the same as the last time I saw them (17 years ago) and WTF is Axl up to, going off stage so often?

i was there :) i was right near the front full on mental for the first 5 songs then calmed down, my first mosh pit experience. axl rose is a legend he was brilliant but i was looking forward to nice boys, patience, better and IRS which we didnt get :( and we did get this i love - one of my least fav gnr songs.

This gig was fantastic-ok GnR were late coming on but were forgiven as soon as their set kicked off! Missed them the first time round-20 odd years ago . These lot can certainly teach the younger bands of today a thing or 2.Seb Bach was good as well!Rock on!!!!

i was slap bang in the middle right at the front i Q'd from 9 am to get to the front and done it.

Few observations about this show which I was at .

- Bach as usual outshined rose as he's done for 20 years - Audience looked bored during new songs

- same old Axl resting during endless boring solos including the Pink Panther theme. Real rick and roll,

Apart from that the musicians were brilliant and Axl can still perform even though he's a prick. 6/10.

@gravey345 A bit further up. still very good view. i prefer sitting places cos to get a good place on the floor you have to be there 3 hours early and you can still see fuck all when the people around you start jumping. and the worst bit is when you have to go to splash your boots:-)

@prusak26 lol, plus, alot of people were throwing beer about in the stnding up, so i dont wanna be covered in beer, wud have been a horrible drive back. altho tbh, the dfrive was great. took around 3 hours to get up as the traffic was shit, but at 2am, it took us an hour and 15 minutes =)
