Why does Carol, who worked for Von Braun, say at 6:55, talking about all the phases: Russians, Terrorists, Asteroids, Aliens, are all a lie? Is she saying Aliens don't exsist. If so her beliefs, comments and testimony are irrelevant to this film as they contradict Lt Col. Corso and many others who saw UFO's and Aliens. Or, does she believe Aliens do exsist but naively thinks they are all friendly, and that only the Military Industrial Complex is evil? I don't get her.

@AllanRasco They aren't all friendly, the bad aliens are the ones working with the US MIC. What I got from that is that the MIC knows that any weapons they develop will be useless against aliens - their true purpose is to subjugate the entire world. See that one episode of Stargate SG1 where Daniel Jackson goes crazy evil and destroys Moscow with space-based weapons based on alien tech.
