  • What is the name of the melody on organ, at the entrance? xd

  • What do you call the tune in organ at the entrance?

  • The mass is supposed to be like this. in 1884, Pope Leo XIII had a vision of God and Satan conversing, in which the devil said he could destroy God's Church, and only needed 75-100 years. Leo then composed a prayer to Saint Michael to be said at the end of masses. in 1959, 75 years later, Pope John XXIII calls Vatican II, and within 10 years, the mass is changed completely, and the prayer is gone. It is quite possible the Church has become the whore of babylon.

  • By the way, the sprinkling is a tradition of the Jews.

  • I have also read in a pamphlet that Luther stated: "Everything stinks of oblation!!!"

Excuse me, but what is wrong with oblation?

  • What else is sad is that Martin Luther (Augustinian monk of the 16th century), had this faith.

He had it, and he threw it all away. For what?

    For error.

  • Beautiful Mass.......much better than Lutheran services.

This Mass is enriched with Tradition, symbolism, and beautiful Gregorian chant.

I attend Latin tridentine Mass on Milwaukee's Southside. Beautiful. absolutely lovely.

  • YES! Thank You Lord for hearing my prayer that my local parish will be having a Tridentine Mass this Jan 20! Deo Gratias!

  • The answer to the question "Why have there been so few vocations this past 50 years?" is glaringly obvious in this video - the abandonment of these splendid ceremonies by the Church in the wake of Vatican II.

  • It may be his second or even third mass of the day. To say nothing of visiting, teaching etc. priests work much harder now than formerly as there ais a grave shortage of men willing to put themselves through seminary.

  • That priest seems really put out...is he tired or is that the way he always is?

  • @AlfredtheGreat95 I googled 'put out' and it seems to be an insult. If it is, grow up, if it isn't, please explain further.

  • @assasincomedy I didn't mean it to be an insult at all, but the man just looks tired...that's all. And i was just wondering if that's the way he always looks. Just out of curiosity (no disrespect intended :)

  • @AlfredtheGreat95 Oh right, I apologise then. Not sure, perhaps that's what he looks like when he's just praying?

  • What's that organ music in the beginning?

  • This is a beautiful mass, but is it really necessary to have twenty acolytes for one mass? they tend to crowd up the altar a bit.

  • @brndurham There are only 2 acolytes, the others are just sitting in choir and preparing to be future servers as acolytes, thurifers or masters of the ceremony.

  • @AdversusHaereses

Sorry, I was just commenting as an acolyte myself. I'm used to only two servers for mass, both EF and OF, but I serve EF more often because I'm the only person around who's actually taken a year of latin or more. Even my priest just reads from the missal the entirre time.

  • @brndurham Usually for the Missa cantata (like in this video) or in the high mass, more servers are called to sit in choir and have the benefit of participating in mass in the sanctuary itself. But in the low mass it is rarer. And of course, this may depend from priest to priest.

  • @brndurham Im guessing your priest does that because most priests read from the missal even though they remember most things becuase they are the words of the mass and must be precise. but im not sure myself or the circumstances of your priest

  • Thisa beautiufl mass, but is it really necessary to have twenty acolytes for one mass? they tend to crowd up the latar a bit.

  • A very beautiful mass! I'm not religious but I was raised Catholic and I wish my local parish would do this Tridentine Latin mass! It seems so spiritual!

I think many parishes these days try to connect with the youth by trying to get rid of the beautiful traditions of the past but that is such a mistake! It only makes things worse!

  • what is being chanted at 7:18 ?

  • @henrikhankhagnell The Introit for the Last Sunday after Pentecost: "Dicit Dominus: Ego cogito congitationes pacis, et non afflictionis: invocabitis me, et ego exaudiam vos: et reducam captivitatem vestram de cunctis locis - Benedixiti, Dominie, terram tuam: a vertisti captivitatem Jacob." "The Lord says: I think thoughts of peace, not of affliction. If you call on me I will hear you and bring back your captives. Lord, You have blessed your land and have turned away the captives of Jacob."

  • "I am a priest who for over ten years collaborated in a work that became a notable harm to the Catholic Faith.

I wish now to apologize before God and the Church and to renounce decisively my personal sharing in that damaging project.

I am speaking of translating the new post-Vatican II Latin liturgy into the English language, when I was a member of the Advisory Board of the (I.C.E.L.)."

It waters down the doctrine that the Eucharist is a true Sacrifice."

    -John Smith, Jan 19, 2005.

  • @henrikhankhagnell

    Introit

  • This is beautiful but lets remember, there was a Mass before the high altar mass as well.Change happens.I dont believe Peter and Paul were performing mass on high altars. They used what they had at the time.Lets keep tradition but lets not be scared of change.I have to learn this new mass coming out later in the fall.

  • This mass is what has catechised me. From being a complete modernist I have now gained a better understanding of Who the Eucharist is. That is the King of the Universe who humiliates Himself for us every Holy Mass.

  • 'How dare Christians have the slightest intercourse with Jews, those most miserable of all men.

Are they not inveterate murderers, destroyers, men possessed by the devil?

Jews are impure and their synagogue is a house of prostitution, a place of shame and ridicule, the domicile of the devil.

Jews worship the devil: their synagogue an assembly of crooks, a den of thieves. Why are Jews degenerate? Because of their hateful assassination of Christ. God hates the Jews.'

    ~ St. John Chrysostom

  • @MetsgoMetsgo This church is less packed than many ( especilly during the week) and the typical church in France would held at least one mass every day and 3 mass at sunday

  • Son of man can open doors that no one can open close doors that no one can close.

Means the world of men can not see these doors. Or they would already be open.

Listen for them to slam closed..The doors are in the word. Like a double edged

sword. 360 degree weopen. Jesus said I am all alone in this world.

Book of revelations. If it wasnt for God himself even the elect would be deceived.

WHAT IS THIS TRUTH THAT KEEPS YOU FROM BEING THE ELECT.?

  • There are two witness. Jesus says I am all alone in this world. ONE.

A man found a treasure burried in a feild. But he had to put it back. ONE.

Jesus says ANYBODY is capable of becoming just like me and Greater THINGS

he will be able to do. TWO. Jesus telling you somebody going to do this. TWO.

Another man comes along and FINDS the treasure. TWO

With out the treasure you can not become just like Jesus.

What did Jesus say you had to do to become just like him.? Wont be but two

  • I am the neighbor Jesus told you was coming.

I have come hear to borrow your site .

I have something to show you.

  • cnt understand:( text is available online?

  • Furthermore, by these presents [this law], in virtue of Our Apostolic authority, We grant and concede in perpetuity that, for the chanting or reading of the Mass in any church whatsoever, this Missal is hereafter to be followed absolutely, without any scruple of conscience or fear of incurring any penalty, judgment, or censure, and may freely and lawfully be used.- Quo Primum

  • @catholicpeter I remembered the third id, its kiwichristian.

  • @catholicpeter In response to someone who begged him (Saint Pius X) to "go soft" on the Modernists, He retorted: "Kindness is for fools! They want them to be treated with oil, soap, and caresses but they ought to be beaten with fists! In a duel you don't count or measure the blows, you strike as you can! War is not made with charity, it is a struggle a duel. If Our Lord were not terrible he would not have given an example in this too...

  • @catholicpeter "See how he treated the Philistines, the sowers of error, the wolves in sheep's clothing, the traitors in the temple. He scourged them with whips!" Well I wont go about scourging (yet) but following our Lord's example I'd wouldn't go soft on these morons as well.

  • @drupes Absolutely. Passiveness and timidness by the clergy of this present era is such a contribution to the watering down of the Faith and the attempted destruction of Christs Church. We need more blunt, to the point, preaching and teaching. The ambiguity of modern discussion gives fodder for so much heresy.

  • @drupes They only succeed when one uses the post-VII approach to dialogue just as you have described. By the way, nice videos on your channel, its an honor for me to be reminded by you. God bless you brother.

  • Nicholas of Chardonnet, Nickey must have been a wineo to get such a distinction as Nickey of Chadonnet!

  • @Chichiri520 Nice to see that when you were on this week you kept quiet!

  • This is beyond words, so beautiful...

  • Beautiful mass, let's all pray for it's return!

  • One thing this mass has that the new one doesn't, full pews

  • greetings from the Orthodox church in India - Beautiful mass!

  • The new mass sucks. Only a total blind person wouldn't see the power, the truth and beauty of the REAL roman rite.

  • the ASPERGES ME DOMINE is so so beautifull. 5* Greetings from Orthodox Greece to all Roman Catholics Brothers

  • @TeDeumLaudamus1980

Orthodoxy is so beautiful. I wish Masses were like this in the same way the video is.

  • Beautiful Missa Cantata, I wish all Catholic churches went back to this way of worship

  • my sister said the lad at 6:00 is cute. apart from that, a very moving service.

  • This is surely a high mass. This is beautiful. Ah, sweet sweet Catholicism. Amazing.

  • to be honest I dont think this is a low mass...

  • @DarkWaveSurfer123

Asperges is ONLY sung on Sunday, at High Mass and only at the Principal Mass of the Sunday.

  • @DarkWaveSurfer123 Well, it is. Do you see a Deacon or Subdeacon anywhere? Nope. That was quick.

  • To all who would like to know, The processional piece at the beginning is Bransle du Champagne by Claude Gervaise. Hope the spellings are correct.

  • @LatinMass2010 Thank you very much!

  • @assasincomedy You can also find this the book that these particular Bransles by searching google books for "Danceries Claude Gervaise" Much interesting sheet music is there and this particular Bransle starts on page 93. The book is free (public domain).

  • I have uploaded 2 full masses of the FSSP in Amsterdam. I recommend them. Look at my account.

  • What is the name of this song that the woman playing the organ?

  • Comment removed

  • What Is That The Organ Plays At The Processional? :)

  • This is so beautiful! To all of you anti-Catholics here, you guys are just jealous because you Evangelicals are void of tradition and have no respect for the holy mysteries. Seriously, get a life and respect other traditions. You guys are just attacking another faith because deep down, youre insecure in your own faith and want to spread your fear propaganda to others just to make yourselves feel better.

  • @Chichiri520 I think it ironic that evangelicals will have ecumenicism with everybody but Catholics. For example, R C Sproul refuses ecumenicism with Catholics but will vigorously defend freemasonry, which is gnostic and luciferian. John Ankerberg and all other evangelicals will have ecumenicism with jews, who are openly anti-christ but eschew Catholics. Falwells moral majority included mormons, jews, muslims, moonies but no Catholics. The Southern Baptist Convention meets at masonic lodges.

  • @EdMahoney19 I can Speak as an Orthodox Jew, now Orthodox Christian (Southern Baptist [I was adopted and raised Catholic, left the cult at 13]). The reason Jews want nothing to do with Yeshua is because of so-called 'Christians' like yourselves persecuting us through out history from the starting of your institution in the 400's. The crusades, Spnish Inquisition, varrious pograms, and doctrines have Made Christ foreign to us. Thanks to true Christians, Jews more than ever are coming to faith!

  • @Chichiri520 What we don't respect is the invention of false doctrines (such as Purgatory [this violates Christ's words on the Cross in Luke 23:40-43), Cannibolism (Matthew 25, 1 Corinthians 11, Says that Communion is a memorial, Hebrews 9-10 says he was offered once. Thus you representing and claimning one needs it and the Cross for salvation is Anti-Scripture! Need I remind you of the Original Schism, it was because of Purgatory, changing the Creed, and adding to Scripture!Do a little research!

  • @Menechem

Psshhh...Whatever, I dont take you "Evangelists" or "Southern Baptists" seriously anyhow. To me, y'all are wannabe Jews with a mixture of religious nutjobs. Now, if you were Eastern Orthodox, then I could take you a little bit more seriously. Oh and "Southern Baptist" isnt "Orthodox Christian" by any way shape or form. Your sect was founded in Europe and lacks the Apostolic succession so please, go back to school and stop joking around!

  • @Chichiri520 You can call me whatever you want; my family cannot hide its

Jewishness. we went through the Hells of 70 A.D., Spain (including the expulsion in 1492), and the Shoah. Its you who needs to go back to school, your cult was not an official institution untill the 400's.Do me a favour and disprove with a logical argument instead of name calling, and uneducated rebuttal.Apostolic succession is not even Biblical! I have studied, show me where I am wrong!

  • @Menechem You should look at your roots. The majority of problems are causes by zionist jews like your self.

  • @evilfreddy2006 Thats a highly uneducated and illogical response. What does Zionism got to do with anything said previously? What are the Majority of the problems caused by Jews? You're highly ignorant, illogical, and uneducated. Is it our fault that your church decided to commit genocide against Arabs and Jews during the Crusades? Is it our fault you kicked us out of Spain? Was it not God who said that a Nation will be born in a day (this happened May 14 1948 in fulfillment of Isaiah 66)?

  • @evilfreddy2006 Proove it, with sources!

  • @Menechem So I find you here, damned judaizer. You go from Catholic video to Catholic video spreading poison from the synagogue of satan and your heretic sympathizers. Tell me then, if Catholicism is not the true faith, where should we go to then? The Lutherans? The Calvinists? The Anglicans? The Congregationalists? The Baptists? Which Baptists? The Southern Baptists? The Bible Baptists? Which one? From the thousands of protestant groups born every year, which one?

  • @drupes I'm not a Judaizer. If you readthe Jerusalem Council (Acts 15), you will understand what this term means. I do not keep Torah, nor do I support Messianic groups that push for Torah observence and Non Jews to convert. I take a Romans 14, Col. 2, Galatians 2-4 approach to the Law. I celebrate the Sabbath, and Jewish Holiday's because I'm Jewish, not because I have to. I honour the Trinity in all things!

  • @Menechem Next, where does it say in the Scriptures that Jews converted to Christianity or those who have Jewish blood CAN keep the Jewish Sabbath and Holidays?

  • @drupes Where does it say we cannot? I refer you to Romans 14, and Colossians 2, One upholds one day as holy, others regard them as the same. 'One person considers one day to be above another day. Someone else considers every day to be the same. Each one must be fully convinced in his own mind.' Paul in Romans 14.6 (HCSB). I remind you that according to the Gospels and 1 Cor. 5:6-8, that it was at Passover Christ gave himself to redeem the world.

  • @drupes When it comes to you false accusations about Protestantism Vs. Roman Paganism, I encourage you to do a little research. Your cult did not come into existence untill the 400's. Furthermore, your cult added to the creed, the Bible, and invented the false doctrine purgatory, which caused the Schism! What defines Orthodoxy in Christianity are these:The Bible is the word of God(2 Tim. 3:10-17),and the Trinity.despite the number of protestant(non Liberal)groups they believe the same basic truths.

  • @Menechem Third, when you say that Catholicism added to the Creed (I presume you mean the Nicene Creed and the Filioque clause) does saying that Holy Spirit proceed from the Father and the Son contradict Scripture? You might be surprised at recent developments in Catholic-Orthodox dialogue concerning the Filioque. In the words of Orthodox Metropolitan John Zizioulas "rapprochement between West and East on this matter is eventually possible"

  • @drupes I'm not saying the addition is in contradiction to Scripture, and you're missing my point entirely. I am giving you the Reasons for the Schism. I have been following the dialogue, I, unlike you, am no fool. I also know of the Schism with in the Orthodox Church because of Catholic-Orthodox dialogue. There is now the Holy Orthodox Church, which refuse to use the 'new calandar' that mainstream Orthodoxy uses because they want nothing to do with the dialogue, nor the reunification.

  • @Menechem Well, I am saying that Purgatory isn't one of the causes of the Schism as you claim because the Orthodox BELIEVE in the idea itself. Do you have a brain?

  • @Menechem Fourth, which is more complete, the Septuagint, which was used by Christ himself, and contains the so-called "additions" to the Old Testament, or the Masoretic text, which was declared the only authoritative text by the synagogue of satan in the "council" of Jamnia after the destruction of the Temple and the punishment of the perfidious jews?

  • @drupes First of all fool, Christ never used the 70, His Apostles did. Secondly sheck you history, the Masorites added the Vowels as well as changed some of the wording (which as one who is formeraly Orthodox Jewish, I am against). An example can be found in Genesis 18 which the original reads that Hashem was serving Abraham. The Cannon of the TaNaKh predates Jamnia,to at least 1 B.C.E. Furthermore, would you stop insulting my people, and act civilized for once, you're in direct violation of Rom. 11

  • @Menechem "Christ never used the 70, His Apostles did." PROVIDE PROOF. "The Cannon of the TaNaKh predates Jamnia, to at least 1 B.C.E." If you were a Christian, you would use B.C. or A.D. instead of B.C.E. or C.E., propagated by the jews because they are loathed acknowledging Christ as Lord which A.D. (Anno Domini, "Year of Our Lord") and B.C. (Before Christ, or before the Birth of Jesus the Messias) rightfully proclaims.

  • @drupes Why is it that you are making a meaningless critique, so I used Before the Common Era, instead of Before Christ and Anno Dominie. This has nothing to do with the argument! Furthermore I requested you stop with the anti-semitic slurs, Christ our God, himself a Jew, does not approve of Jew bashing! If you were a Christian, you would know how to control your tongue, and you would know how to be gentle! Jst because I use B.C.E.,does not prove I'm not follow Christ.

  • @Menechem "you're in direct violation of Rom. 11" Romans 11 simply refers the Jews who CONVERTED to CHRISTIANITY, to this faithful remnant is added the Gentile converts to become TRUE ISRAEL, not the Jewish State existing today, not the descendants of the animals who rejected Christ, but the Church of God! Have I blasphemed against the Church of God? NO! I have raised my voice against jews pretending to be Christians, against heretics spreading putrid poison, and I WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO!

  • @Menechem "Your cult...invented the false doctrine purgatory, which caused the Schism!" LMAO! From the Orthodox Synod of Jerusalem: "but the souls of some depart into Hades, and there endure the punishment due to the sins they have committed. But they are aware of their future release from there, and are delivered through the prayers of the Priests...especially the unbloody Sacrifice benefiting the most...which the Catholic and Apostolic Church offers daily for all alike."

  • @drupes You are highly ignorant. The Synod I was refering to is in Acts 15. Furthermore I have Syrian Orthodox friends who will tear a strip off you in regards to the Hades comment. Roman theolgians will even agree to this, Hades is another name for Hell. You're quoting, but yet not providing me with sources. The Orthodox Church does not preach faketory.

  • @Menechem Thats the COUNCIL of Jerusalem, hey I thought you were familiar with the Bible? A SYNOD is a gathering of Bishops or clergy from a particular locale, a COUNCIL is a gathering of Bishops and Church leaders from around the WORLD. You're the one whose ignorant, you cant even distinguish between the two.

  • @Menechem The term "Hades" IS used for the state of purification for sins after death (which Catholics call Purgatory) by the Orthodox. The SOURCE? You're asking for MY SOURCE? Well here it is: What Are the Differences Between Orthodoxy and Roman Catholicism?; Constas H. Demetry, Catechism of the Eastern Orthodox Church p. 37. You're the one preaching fakery, filthy judaizer ;-p

  • @Menechem "The Cannon of the TaNaKh predates Jamnia, to at least 1 B.C.E." Thats according to the FILTHY talmud, the blasphemous book compiled by jewish rabbis after the destruction of the temple. Truth is the Septuagint was discarded by jews because of its association with Christianity. Christ and the Apostles used the Septuagint, St. Paul used it in quoting Scripture in his letters.

  • Comment removed

  • @Menechem "The Bible is the word of God(2 Tim. 3:10-17),and the Trinity.despite the number of protestant(non Liberal)groups they believe the same basic truths." Number one and two is correct, number three IS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF CRAP I'VE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE!!! So that's your criterion? As long as they aren't liberal? Same basic truths? What about the "non-basic" truths, can those be contradictory? They are separate groups simply because they DON'T agree with each other.

  • @drupes Some groups to watch out for are:

    United Church of Canada (Liberal)

    United Church of Christ (Liberal)

    Anglican Church of Canada (Liberal)

    United Pentecostals (reject the Trinity)

Metropolitin Community Church (founded by a gay Bible twister)

    United Methodest Church (Liberal)

    Episcopal Church of America (Liberal).

  • @Menechem They DON'T have the same beliefs. "There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all." (Eph. 4:5-6) Christ founded only ONE Church. It has ONE FAITH because ALL its members believe in ALL its doctrines, nothing minor, nothing major, nothing "basic", nothing "non-basic".

  • @drupes Yes they do have the same beliefs. Theology in some areas may differ (e.g. the Rapture), but we all share the same Core beliefs. Its like saying Franciscans are part of the same order as the the Trapists, they are not. You need to do a little more study. Remember, their is one body with many parts. You're highly ignorant to church history, Scripture, doctrine, the reformation, and protestantism). All mainline Protestant Church's are in communion with eachother.

  • @Menechem I may be a member of a Southern Baptist Church, but I am welcomed at the Pentecostal Church that supports my Pastors cause in raching Jews with the Gospel (he is Jewish BTW).

  • @Menechem We have minor differences, and we have Major similarities. Like how the Trapists differ from the Dominicans, so do we differ from eachother. You would not expect that an oblate would be refused communion at Mass cleebrated by a CFR Pries, would you? The same can be said with the Orthodox Protestant groups. You need to take a time out and go and study more drupes!

  • @Menechem Dont be an idiot comparing heretical groups to Catholic religious orders, its an awful analogy. Protestant "churches" are separated because they DON'T believe in each other, if they did THEY'D BE ONE CHURCH! An oblate can receive communion from a CFR because they profess the SAME faith and belong to the SAME CHURCH! Duh!

  • @Menechem And do you also know that the OLDEST SURVIVING COPIES OF THE BIBLE (Codex Vaticanus, Codex Sinaiticus, Codex Alexandrinus, and the Peshitta) HAVE THE DEUTEROCANONICALS? (The Codexes were written middle of 300 A.D.) Meaning that the early Christians ACCEPTED them as DIVINELY INSPIRED, which the perfidious jews, in their rebellion against the Son of God, rejected by proclaiming the sole authority of the Masoretic Hebrew text and throwing away the Septuagint.

  • @drupes I know all this, this still does not prove your church. It proves nothing about the Old Testament cannon. Furthermore, you are wrong about the Peshitta, it came later. Since you cannot carry on in a civilized manner, I refuse to go on with you. I do not take kindly to the insults towards my people, nor to you, and your Bible twisting, Christian bashing weak arguments!

  • @drupes My last response to you. The 70 (the septuagint) never contained the Books you're refering to, nor were they around as Scripture in the first centuary Israelite religious institution. When you resort to calling a people group loathesom and perfidious, this just goes to show that you have nothing intelligent to say, nor are a true Christian. If you were a Christian, you would resort from making hateful commemts.Christians reach out with love, not your loathesome language.I'm done with you.

  • @Menechem "If you were a Christian, you would resort from making hateful commemts.Christians reach out with love, not your loathesome language." Here's what you posted five days ago, referring to the Church where this Mass was said: "Nicholas of Chardonnet, Nickey must have been a wineo to get such a distinction as Nickey of Chadonnet!" Talk about the pot calling the kettle black! You're not only a LIAR, you're also a hypocrite! LMAO!

  • @Menechem "My last response to you. The 70 (the septuagint) never contained the Books you're refering to, nor were they around as Scripture in the first centuary Israelite religious institution." Well who on earth would I believe, all of the books and internet sites about the bible as well as facsimiles of the manuscripts or YOU, who cant even distinguish between a Synod and a Council?

  • @drupes What part of I'm finished with unintelligent, hateful people like yourself. All you do is distort historical fact, as well as Scripture. I have better things to be doing, Preaching the Gospel. You are not open to it so I do the Matthew 10 thing and shakeyour dust from my feet!

  • Comment removed

  • @Menechem REMEMBER THIS: WHEREVER I FIND YOU HERE ON YOUTUBE SPREADING YOUR FILTH, YOU WILL HEAR FROM ME. ILL GLADLY DO MY RIGHT AND OBLIGATION TO DEFEND THE FAITH AGAINST SCUM LIKE YOU. Also, make yourself a worthy opponent by studying more and providing PROOF along with your allegations. Lastly, have some BALLS by not running away immediately just because you were given a severe ass-kicking. And you call yourself an apologist? I was looking for a long and fruitful discussion with you.

  • @drupes I did not run away immediately. I made it quite clear that if you were going to go on with your spewing of hatred towards the Jews I would cease to continue on with you. When it comes to studying, it is you who needs to study. You falsify fact, you mix up dates, you twist Scripture,&when you're proved wrong you act immature(example when you called me a Judaizer and raised issue on what days I keep).Again you resort to foul language,James teaches us to hold the tongue,Paul says be gentle.

  • @Menechem "I did not run away immediately." So much for St. Paul, who DIDN'T back away even if faced with calumny and insults (not that I threw insults at you, all of what I said are TRUE!). St. James DID NOT say to hold one's peace when the Faith is insulted, rather, like the prophet Elias "zelo zelatus sum pro Domino Deo exercituum" (1 Kings 19:10). By not being zealous for what you hold as true you have proven yourself an UNCIRCUMCISED COWARD and a LIAR!

  • @drupes The quotes I gave you from the gospels can also be in reference to the leaven in Rome's teachings, such as papal infalibility. Anyway as I said I'm done with talking to spiritualy immature people like you.

  • @drupes Paul says being gentle is a fruit of the Holy Spirit. You do not knowhow to have fruitful discussions as all you do is resort to cursing, acts of immaturity, and name calling when proven wrong. Would you show me where I ever stated I was an apologetic (QUOTE ME VERBETUM). I can distinguish between a synod and a council, they however (the council in Acts 15 and the synod of the Syrians), do not back up any of your allegations. You're nothing more than a fool who doesn't know a thing.

  • @Menechem "Paul says being gentle is a fruit of the Holy Spirit" And St. Paul ALSO said to St. Titus: 'One of them a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are always liars, evil beasts, slothful bellies. This testimony is true. Wherefore REBUKE THEM SHARPLY, that they may be sound in the faith. Not giving heed to JEWISH FABLES and commandments of men, who turn themselves away from the truth. " Titus 1:12-14. Gentleness for brethren, REBUKE for FOOLS and members of the SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN!

  • @Menechem "Would you show me where I ever stated I was an apologetic (QUOTE ME VERBETUM)." Apologetics (from Greek ἀπολογία, "speaking in defense") is the discipline of defending a position (usually religious) through the systematic use of reason (Wikipedia) You thought I was saying you were apologizing for what you said????!!!! HAHAHAHAHA! I almost fell off my chair LAUGHING! You STUPID, STUPID MAN! They teach you that at SEMINARY? You cant even understand plain theological terms!

  • @Menechem "Ecce homo qui est faba, Finis partis primae, Pars secunda, Vale homo qui est faba"

  • @drupes Again with the insults. Whatever I could care less I'm done with you and your brainless, meaningless arguments. Maybe once you grow up and start acting mature, we can have a fruitful discussion. You're to leavened to continue on (c.f. Matthew 16.4-12, Mark 8:13-21, 1 Corinthians 5:6-8, Luke 12.1-3, Galatians 5:7-12).You again are twisting Scripture, not only that worshiping man. We are all saints if we be born again. You are still not even giving me sources (chapter & verse). I'm done

  • @Menechem "You are still not even giving me sources (chapter & verse)" ARE YOU FREAKING BLIND? I quoted the Epistle of St. Paul to St. Titus in my last post, Almost ALL of my responses have Biblical references! You have the IQ of a TERMITE! You just keep on repeating the same statements, but you refuse to or can't bloody DEFEND your beliefs! You tell me I don't quote Biblical sources and then say I'm twisting Scripture? What's there to twist then MORON?

  • @drupes Careful friend, or the evil one will overcome you with misery and hatred. I understand and agree with your posts. You must know though, that the modernists doctrine is not directed to Christ by the Holy Spirit but by blind arrogance and pride in their own rationalist principles. You can easily cite the Fathers, the Saints, the Councils, the Popes, and especially the Bible, but the modernist heretics will never be silenced.

  • @catholicpeter I understand brother, but this bloody heretic makes it his job to go to different Catholic videos here on Youtube and spread his nonsense. Its irritating to watch a video for edification and read comments from fools like these. I frequently find three of them: reginadexant, menachem/menachemsaul/ and one whose id I cant recall right now. As a Catholic I have no choice but defend the faith, this one got my goat for being so plainly stupid. My apologies to you.

  • @drupes So be it. There are many who call themselves Catholics who don't want us to defend the truth or preach the Way. They say that the Church is not necessary for salvation, they distort and tear down the true message of the Gospel, thus interpreted by the ordinary and extraordinary Magesterium for 1900 years or more.

  • @drupes

Hi Drupes, If some one is really open and unbiased and is in quest for truth; they would not comment on every catholic video. Instead they will search online for Catholic converts (Neumann, Scott Hahn, staples) and church fathers and listen attentively to what they say n pray. We should learn tht others who post hatred obnoxious comments against His church are just for the sake of doing it; to irritate zealous catholics like us. i used to answer every protestant in utube.i stopd

  • @drupes

Contd. If people r genuine they wil visit innunerable apologetic articles in net searchin truth. Instead arguing give pointers to articles, blogs, videos etc. Like who talk about idolworship Just point them to "On those who decry holy images" By john damascus. Still some r interested in blaspheming the church i would say they are "jobless protestants who sit naked in their basements with no goal in life but demean XRist and his church. Do v hav time for replying to them? NO

  • @drupes My education is not from the internet, its from a seminary, unlike yours. I'm through with Idiots like you. Why I have ended with you can be found in 2 Corinthians 10, and Ephesians 5. You make empty arguments because you, yourself have not studied and thus resort to foul language, insults, uneducated responses, unintelligent comments, and anti-semitic slurs. I am praying for you.

  • @drupes Would you be able to show me Scripturaly where I am damned? Paul in Romans taught that if one confesses with his/her mouth, and believes in his/her heart that Jesus is LORD, they are saved! This is why I was baptized last year!

  • @drupes nother church just came to mind, the Eccumenical Catholic Church, they marry Gay's, and worship mary like your cult! You should be cautious of your cult, you preach evaloutionism, this is wrong! You preach cannibolism, wrong! You preach Mary as queen of heaven, wrong (Jeremiah 44)!

  • @Menechem Ah goodie! First of all, prove to me that Catholicism began in the 400's. What defining moment separated "Catholicism" from "Christianity"? Lets unravel your ideas ONE BY ONE, were going to have a long talk here, ok? So, for the sake of order, you will spew lies bit by bit and i will answer. I have all the time in the world.

  • @drupes The term Catholic was coined in 180, the institution as we know it was not around untill the 400's. What lies have I uttered. You're the one spewing lies and acting immature (spiritualy and mentally). Going back to my comment regarding the 70, you will not see Maccabees etc.,in their cannon.Of course you have all the time in the world because you do not bother to 'Study to shew thyself approved unto God...' 2Tim.2:15(KJV).Your grasp on Scripture knowledge, and chruch history, proves this.

  • @Menechem Like I asked, "WHAT WAS THE DEFINING MOMENT THAT SEPARATED CATHOLICISM FROM CHRISTIANITY THAT HAPPENED IN THE YEAR 400? You are a liar until you provide uncontestable PROOF.

  • @Menechem "Going back to my comment regarding the 70, you will not see Maccabees etc.,in their cannon" THE BOOK OF THE MACCABEES, AS WELL AS THE OTHER DEUTEROCANONICALS ARE IN THE SEPTUAGINT, DUMBASS! Do you even check your sources before you write?

  • @Menechem For one, the Catholic Church has NEVER taught evolution, it has been condemned repeatedly and the truth of the Genesis account affirmed: 1870 Vatican Council, 1907 Pope St. Pius X Encyclical Pascendi Dominici Gregis, 1909 Biblical Commission Decree, 1950 Pope Pius XII's Encyclical Humani Generis, 1994 Catechism of the Catholic Church, promulgated by Pope John Paul II. Neither did the 1962-65 Vatican Council made no reference to evolution or the interpretation of Genesis.

  • @Chichiri520 My non Jewish fellow evangelical brethren (since you are ignorant, Baptists are Evangelical) are not wannabe Jews, they just love my people and support Jewsh evangelization. Furthermore We are Orthodox as we give the Word the final Authority (2 Timothy 3:10-17), your claim of apostolic succession does not hold water as the term Catholic, was not coined until 180 C.E, and you institution until the 400's. Open ya book on Church history, and enlighten your ignorant self!

  • Assasincomedy thanks so much! The whole Mass was so wonderful. I hope to attend Mass in this church soon.

  • @mobrien7128 No problem mate, I'm glad I could help.

  • @mobrien7128 The beautiful thing about our Catholic Tradition is we unite the atonement with the Trinity by making the sign of the cross while reciting the names of the three Persons of the Trinity. Moreover, we recite the Apostle's Creed every Sunday. And most importantly, we obey our Lord Jesus Christ by taking the bread and wine every Sunday, which aids in our spiritual perseverance.

  • @assasincomedy -- when was this Mass celebrated?

  • @mobrien7128 November 1998, I think.

  • So beautiful! May we have more and more masses like this!

  • @dimtry19 THANK YOU!!!!

  • @kiwichristian2009 Matthew 16.13"Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jona! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven. And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the powers of death shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." That is the seed of Papal infallibility in scripture.

  • it just shows that peter is the rock that he built the church..... there is no mention of anybody else...

  • @Rookycastle22 The Church that Peter founded is the Roman Catholic Church. In fact his remains are interred in the crypt at Saint Peter's Basilica. Peter was the first Bishop of Rome and therefore first in the line of the papal succession.

  • Technically, this is a High Mass; it would be a Solemn High Mass if a deacon and subdeacon were present.

  • @assasincomedy "HERETIC"? me? Pope Nicholas assumed the title of God! His words are:—‘I am all in all and above all, so that God Himself, and I, the Vicar of God, hath both one consistory, and I am able to do almost all that God can do . . . Wherefore, if those things that I do be said not to be done of man, but of God. WHAT CAN YOU MAKE ME BUT GOD?

  • @assasincomedy Writers on the Canon Law say, "The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in heaven and earth." Barclay Cap. XXVII, p. 218. Cities Petrus Bertrandus, Pius V. - Cardinal Cusa supports his statement. Now, WHO'S the heretic?

  • @kiwichristian2009 Im not here to argue, I'm here to tell you to GET LOST and let us Catholics watch out own videos without some moron protestant who claims he is 'Christian' yet denying the beliefs of the first ever Christian church, founded by Jesus himself. So get out and go evangelise somewhere else, your herd of sheep for example.

  • @kiwichristian2009 Heretic?

    .

Do you check your sources before you type kiwi?

    .

Because the book you quoted doesn't exist. How is that possible if you quoted from it?

    .

This is one of the main reasons why Catholics cannot take ppl like you seriously. Because it doesn't bother you one bit to use lies.

    .

It won't bother you that you have bore false witness against someone. Water of a ducks back to ppl like you and you belive that you are doing Christ's work in the meantime. Yeah right.

  • I know it has been asked before, but no one has replied, so I'll try again: Can anyone tell us what the organist is playing at the beginning of the mass (2:07-4:00)? Thanks in advance!

  • Without thinking, her us, Catholics, accused that "it shall not make, because it is so and so", but can not give legitimacy normal and non-Gnostic philosophy. We do not need Selbstphilosophie, and biblical interpretations, which is based on illegitimate religious founders but the kingship of Jesus.

  • The principle of "sola scriptura" is illogical, and it can no dogmas, and the framework of the Catholic Church a pantheistic, and an interpreted dangerous! Gnostic works.

  • @Rookycastle22 I'd love to know the title of this song too. Any luck finding it?

  • @BrandonVT Hello friend. I am an ex-Roman Catholic. I know many who are no longer members of that evil, apostate system.....the Whore of Babylon (Revelation 17).
