Good episode! Interesting to see Kryten getting away with giving Rimmer "the finger". If this had been done for American television, the finger would have most defintiely been blurred out (unless done for a premium network like HBO).

In the show, they are known for giving the double bird (this case the "victory" sign backwards) calling and a few other things that the FCC doesn't allow without paying a fine (i.e. two men kissing).

Then again - the last time I saw this on PBS, they did allow the one finger salute to be shown. That station also had "Up Pompeii" and "The Young Ones" on late at night - enough said right there, because they have also similar issues.
