I finally got around to reading the description of this video (XD) and I noticed how you said that it "burns like a hoe" to put liquid eyeliner on your inner lids, I know a way to do it that it doesn't hurt at all and it looks really nice. :D

All you have to do to make it brighter is put on a lot of it.

Or you could put a little bit of white on first, then the color over it.
