If i may ask, how do you incorporate AE into sony vegas, so far all the editing i have done is through sony vegas itself, i haven't had a go at AE just yet but i am wondering if you make the video in sony vegas first then edit it in AE or if you use both contentiously.

in first i import the clip into AE for filter/effect/material then i export it uncompressed and i add it into sony vegas for transition
