  • its like 10 egg whites to 2 yolks normal whey scoop and some glutamine for my shake just throw in cardio if u stress about the fat

  • the yolk is the best part of the egg throwing it away bacause it has good fats is a beginners mistake u need fat aswell as protein during the day if u train hard enough it doesnt matter.

  • Should do some egg yokes not all egg whites. The yoke is an activator . It needs to be in it.

    

  • @imvincenzo10 an activator? never heard of the yolk being referred to as that. what do you mean by that?

    I know it has fat that can lower ldl cholesterol and has its own amount of protein. she might just not want the sat dat intake the yolk has.

  • @everio17 Well it's an activator, I'm not 100% sure how to put it into technical terms but , you can search it on google and find the answer you want.
