I'm just noticing this in the CS vids, what does it mean when their picture is flashing? Around 1:38, Litchi's picture starts to flash as Noel's lifebar goes red. At first I was thinking it was a signal for Astral Heat condition but Noel hadn't won a round. Anyone know what's going on there?

The previous AH requirement of "it must be the last round of the game" is gone. In CS, you only need one more round to win (plus full a full Heat gauge and your opponent at 20% health or less, as in CT) to use AH.

Ha ha ha. You must suck at playing if you're complaining about Noel's spamming drives. Her drives are so damn easy to punish.

If anything, there's gonna be more D spammers in CS because her D drives come out faster now. So you need to stfu, do some research, and then kill yourself. Cause you're never gonna be good at this game.

lol snkfiend but yeah asdfedc is right. Noel may have to depend on her drive now. BUT her drives is not that punishable *in CT* if you are a litchi player. she goes to my DP sometimes, my 5B, etc. but snkfiend i wont back u up because you dont know if this guy was a drive spammer or not. Alot of Noels is mourning because of how terrible she gotten. she may even be low tier.....

I can pretty much say for a fact the guy wasn't a Drive Spammer in CT, or else he'd be spamming them in CS (where you are probably going to HATE Noel in CS, when people actually start spamming them). If he knew anything, he would know that they took away pretty much all of her BnB combos that she had in CT. All that means is, we have to wait for people to figure out what her new stuff is (which seems to be whatever it is he did at the end of the video for now)

Hmm... She technically didn't get any new moves worth mentioning. The thing about her now is that she got nerfed to the point where she's unuable.

Think of it this way... Noel is a fast paced character that needs to get up in a person's face to do damage, but they made her slower and her attacks don't have frame advantage on blocks...

Also, her D drives comes out faster so it encourages more D spamming..... T_T FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

@asdfedc No worries, there are videos of R-1 using noel, and hes kicking ass with her. you'd be surprised how usuable she still is. search up R-1, uhmm, the one where he fights Kaqn(jin)
