Before I start, I'll state I have the Platinum Edition DVD in my premises. I have seen this video when I was a kid, and I hid my head when I saw thw WDHV logo.

Anyways, I never undertstood why they put the WDHV logo in front of there. They should have put the Classics logo from 1992 in there! Make the movie feel special, not some dilapidated re-release.

They released it as an early printing on October 19, 1994 when "White Fang II: Myth of the White Wolf" came out, then on October 28, 1994, they made the regular copy which used the 1994 WDMC logo, but had the 1992 WDC jingle, which resulted as a logo editing error, but released it as a test to see what would happen. Then on December 13, 1994, they changed the jingle in the WDMC logo to the regular music, because that test copy with the regular copy was a falior.

Your copy of Snow White is from August 1994 there are 4 prints one with WDHV one with WDMC (Classics jingle) the other one has the WDMC logo and the fourth one had WDMC and the standard Masterpiece Collection previews
