  • THE 70'S ! ! ! ! !

  • scifi classic

  • very interesting thanks

  • Cosmic combat? The ship blows up and you just saw it. Combat my arse. The dinosaurs are fun though. But this movie has nothing else going for it.

  • i remmber when this movie frist came out........im old

  • dude,1925 version is better this is like seeing your child playing dinosaurs and transformers, but the cheesy way

  • Wikipedia lists this film as public domain. The copyright notice is missing, they never properly filed it or something. I any case, no need to worry about copyright for this one.

  • Great stuff!

  • Absolutely classic stop-motion dinosaurs... and a spider!

  • @roaringrockets Yeah the spider was creepy.

  • 70s, cocaine, theater... actually, it makes sense!

  • this movie has a bad ass sound track.

  • Colour? Do you think it will catch on?

  • T-REX GRUMPY VS STEGOSAURS

  • I saw this in 2001, on VHS at Blockbuster Video, I was 5. God I loved this movie more than life itself. :)

  • Cosmic combat? I'm pretty sure the ship just exploded due to the reactor overheating or something along those lines lmfao

  • The dinosaurs actually have a really cool look to them in this flick.

  • I'd love to see how they'd do a remake of this. The whole crew of the ship would look very appealing (both the men and women) and they'd come across all kinds of creatures, such as savage beasts, mutated plants, sea monsters, giant bugs, and of course, dinosaurs ;)

  • man i love that movie. i wasnt even 4 years old when i bought it. to me i considered it horror cause the fact they kept talking about being rescued but little did they know they where home all along. cause of that time in space thing same for planet of the apes. i mean if ya think about it it is scary cause they are stuck on that planet forever i couldnt never sleep if i was them. but it was sad when they got drunk and where crying cause i would be sad too. but 1 of the best movies ever.

  • "Ten-Ton Titans of Terror"

    *Women in bikini runs by

    "and TITS"

  • Best Scene at 0:10.

Was she stripping to the Trex?

    Trex was like HOT DAMN!

  • lol cosmic color. XP

this would be great to watch on a boring day,

  • Dinosaurs, Lazers, Bikini's and Spaceships.

How can 4 perfect ingredients create something so bad?

  • @PhiltehPirateKing it wasn't bad, it was a good movie of it's time

  • omg i just resently lost this movie. it was my favorite

  • Bear in mind that Alien came out the year after this film.

  • @gorgack2000

Yeah, but Alien didn't have man-eating Dinosaurs in it! ^_^

  • Greatest trailer of all time.

  • I love this movie I seen it growing up and still have a copy of it on vhs wish I had it on dvd.

  • ive seen this movie when i was child! i recognized the Giant Spider! The first dead its on the water, isnt true? by ictiosaurius

  • I've got this on import from the USA. The film dragged on and the acting was utter shite. But the Dinosaurs were superb. Apart from those ones with wire armatures that they shot with arrows.

  • did it have a audio commentary kezadrone?

  • No it didn't.

  • which version did you buy kezadrone there is the good times one or the anniverstiy version!

  • Good times sounds like it.

  • okay kezadrone!

  • @Gwarismetal Yes in cosmic colour lol!!!

  • thats been one of my fav movies since i was in diapers

  • It's one of mine too! Though I was about four or five when I first saw it. =D

  • Fantastic stopmotion! In this film t-rex and other dinos are look like real. Dinos are more realistic that dinos at other similar films.

  • agreed dinox3raptor that is the best part of the film and i have seen the movie four times on youtube website!

  • cool

  • thanks abudzakho!

  • clever campy and fun to watch, the stop motion animation is impressive!

  • The desert set looks exactly like the one used in original STAR TREK's "The Arena" where Kirk fights the lizard man.

  • yeah that's true lateniteteevee!

  • I love these movies!!!

  • me too have you seen mighty joe young 1949 best stop motion animation movie up there with king kong 1933!

  • agreed huneiyue!

  • @only257 Favorite dinosaur, you ask? Carnivore: deinonychus. Herbivore: ankylosaurus. Don't ya just love it when someone replies to your comment a year later? :P

  • THIS MOVIE IS THE SHIT!

  • agreed raiderstilidie17!

  • 0:07

  • clever, campy and impressive stop motion animation i have seen this movie on youtube twice!

  • Kick ass! This is how it should be done, with cool little stop-motion dinos, not with real live LIZARDS.

  • this movie had some of the best stop motion effects ever seen on screen. the movie is so cheesy its great!

  • agreed porkboy696!

  • I watched this move again recently, it was so bad. There was a cameraman in the background during a chase, just folding his arms and watching even though he was on camera himself!

  • thats the beauty of the movie. a cheesy 70's campfest. what scene do you see the cameraman?

  • THis movie is kind of like Star Trek meet Jurassic Park in a way.

  • I wish Mystery science theater 3000 was still on the air so they can tease this movie.

  • woow this movie seems to have everything! starships, dinosaurs, laserguns, half naked women and COZMIC COLOUR!!!!!

  • @Antillektuell ya but its not everything if its only half naked you dig

  • I seriously loved this movie when I was a kid. Must have watched a hundred times. When I think of movies as a kid...this movie was tops. Along with Tremors and Legend! Haha. It was a bit dated when I began watching it...but it was pure entertainment to me! Thanks for posting this!

  • it plays like a porn film with dinos!!!!

saw it when it came out on 42nd st

    nyc

  • If only such a film existed.

  • This looks like a Sid and Marty Kroft production

  • i like the casting of this movie.

  • This is a unique and very creative film quite underratered!

  • When I was younger, the effects blew me away and excited me, however now it seems pretty cheesy. Nevertheless, seeing this now brings back fond memories and, wut wasn't noticed before, a greater appreciation for the scantily clad women.

  • Well, probably from 100 years from now people watching movies from 2008 will probably think the effects were cheesy back then.

  • Very impressive movie! With one of the best synthie Soundtracks ever ;).

  • agreed xnopak!!!

  • the stop motion is by far the most impresive part. i have that image of the ceratopsian stabbing the guy on the cliff ingraved in my head. memories :)

  • Yeah, I know.

I bet the spider was by all means, the freakest part of the movie. It makes the T-Rex look like Grumpy from LAND OF THE LOST (the 70's version).

  • @MattBL that spider is probably the reason most of us have arachnophobia.

  • Actually a great movie.

Just a bit of trivia for you guys. One of the dinosaurs that appears briefly and is killed by the T-rex is the Redosarous from Beast From 20,000 Fathoms!

  • or atleast resembles it, probably in homage

  • actually it was suposed to take a stap at ray haryhousen ( spelled it wrong). Kinda mean when you think about it.

  • great movie the stop motion effects are impressive and impressive visual effects.

  • i never heard of this movie before maybe because im 13 opr somethin??????????

  • I have seen this before it is so cool! I love these old science fiction flicks, they don't make 'em like this anymore. :)

  • I just a copy for my Birthday, awesome

  • hey is that ron jeremy at :14 hahahaha

  • LOL.

  • was that ron jeremy at :14 hahaha

  • I gotta see it. The stop motion looks great but the humans look totally dorky. The broad with the afro...I'd let the dinosaurs eat her.

  • Well what do you think?
