Furthermore, many "democratic" leaders break the constitution of their countries wherethere is too much "civil unrest" for example. I think that the word dictator is now a propagandistic weapon to be used against the US enemies, being of not a dictator

What? Dictators do not follow constitutions nor act legally, by definition. Just because one is not elected, doesn't make that one a dictator. A Disctator does not "Dictate" either. The title implies that the "leader" has excessive amounts of "power without the restraints of a legislature or constitution". The Dictator rules by decree and at whim.
