I was asked, "How did you get cured?" I went to a chiropractor and got adjusted. I still have spondy, but, over the years, it went from a Grade III to a Grade II, and got much more stable. 40 years ago, they wanted to do a multiple fusion on me for Grade III spondylolisthesis. I got adjusted instead. Dropped out to med school to become a chiropractor.
I had the same surgery as the result of 70% compressed L3. The peek wasn't around in '98 I guess I just have rigid titanium rods and the result feels highly unnatural especially since the column is so flexible at that location. I really wish I'd had Dr. Larson >.<

i have grade 1 spondylolisthesis and degenerative disc disease with great pain
i really do not want to get a surgery!
