dont worry about the dumb people you just have to trust yourself in what you do i have found out it is better just to block the dumb people great dog and baby. to some of the people that make stupid comments on here thank god they dont like pits because as dumb as they are the dog would be dumb as well good thing they own poodles
All the above being said, we had Dandy before Jonah came along, so we KNOW he would NEVER hurt anyone.
However, as an responsible parent never leaves anything to chance, we never leave Dandy, or any animal alone with Jonah without supervision, no matter how much we trust them.
I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt & say you MUST have seen another video, & accidentally commented on the wrong one. Any responsible, unprejudiced parent & dog owner can clearly see several things in this video:
* This is SUPERVISED as my husband is RIGHT THERE
* Jonah is in a walker & out of arm's reach
* Dandy approaches Jonah on his OWN.
* The "defenseless" baby obiously LOVES Dandy, as he follows him around.

why do you need to push the boat out and risk a baby's life who can't defend itself? i just don't see why you need to risk a child's life to prove a point. maybe someone should have taken the risk with you instead.
Dandy is obviously good w/kids. I would not trust just any pit w/a kid. It all depends on the dog and how the owner raised it. I still think the females are better w/kids than males. My female *god rest her soul :( was more tolerant to my son. His guardian, Always by his side. Never even a growl out of her, Ever.
LOL! The end is great.
