@TayElissa I actually just lost 5.5 pounds eating very healthy. I have not been hungry at all. counting calories and not exceeding your bmr really does work and you do not have to go hungry. It is all about mindful, healthy eating and calorie counting. I haven't even began to excercies yet.

@glagaza it doesnt take long at all maybe 2 to 3 weeks. my parents made me get on Vyvanse which is a ADHD pill to help me do better in school. One of the side effects is loss of appitite so now i dont eat lunch at all and barely any dinner. i do exercise and eating right for more results. when i started vyvanse i was 125 now im 108! good luck
what about training? no one can lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks without any sort of training plus - it is very good for your body to o out for a walk or by cycle down to the beach instead of getting in the car. So what if it's tedious to cycle? You will guarantateed feel MUCH better later!
what i mean is that you only tell everyone what to eat or not eat etc. a good advice is telling them how to train or even by showing. Also you win on it ^^.
You want to lose that weight just drink only water stay under 1500 calories a day, and go to wrestling practice.
