Re: Restless legs..I also recommend trying a homeopathic remedy like Calcarea Carbonica or simply a Calcium supplement 45 mins before bed.
My cat sleeps with me on top of my legs. I would always feel this weird thing on my legs and have to move them, so she would go away :( Not anymore ! Thank you !

I took Pilates in college, & have been doing Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu for twenty years, we do Junan Taiso stretching, & I will enjoy supplementing my routine with your wonderful stretches.
