Manifestly Megan McCain is very obviously wrong, but is there truth in what she is saying in a more latent underpinning? Apart from numbers & exerting pressure, what did the movement accomplish? Did we perform all of that work for Nikki Haly to endorse Mitt Romney? Did Allen West confront any of the individual usurpers promised? We still see the desire for a change coming from some of these candidates, but when the rubber hit the road, the standard line emerged as the path of least resistance?

I actually enjoyed reading megan's book. and I agree with her that we need a more moderate republican. I don't agree with her tea party statement though. about them not being voted anyway. the tp does go to the extreme though and i can see how that would make some not want to vote for a member.
