by the way, on the light bulb story, i have an explanation that might go for this one. i think there is two reasons.

1: the lightbulb is burning on a farely low current so it wont get that hot and burn it self trough.

and 2: they never turn it off and back on, and even though it sounds weird, turning a light bublb on is the main reason it breaks because of a phenomenon called the lorentz force or something i believe. i can explain in a PM how that works or you can look it up in the internet

@rnedisc Actual explanation for the light bulb still burning: Back around 1900, the glow wires were still really thick and the bulbs were designed to last forever. Then the producers conspired to limit the durability of the bulbs so that people would have to buy them more frequently. Google for "phoebus cartel" and "planned obsolescence".
