I did a tester on my right index finger and it looked amazing! But I started to do it a different way. instead of using the gold sparkles on the end I painted them over my whole nail, then I took a tiny tiny bit od red glitter nail polish and did the very tip and it was gorgeous!!! you should try it!

Brilliant! i MUST try this once i grow my nails out. I've been trying really hard to, but they grow so slow since i used to chew them sometimes i just have to bite them cuz they break! This winter i will grow them out over the break though :]

@Emimuna If you just cut off the part you've used (once the nail varnish is on the sponge and dried that section will become unusable) you can just use the rest of the sponge :)

@mileysnumba1 they have some double duty clears that work as both but dont use it as a top coat if it specifically says its a base coat. base polish is designed to grip on your nails, while top coat grips to actual polish, so it wouldn't works as well

hey can i say i did a similar gradient nail inspired by this and you dont actually need the foundation sponge if you dont have one. cotton pads work as well!!! :)

I see that you have done an array of lovely nail art videos.A useful tid bit of info is that you can do nail art using acrylic paints also. It dries super fast, is super cheap. Just cover the end result with some good clear nail varnish and...voila! You should give it a go and see how it works for you. Oh, it also cleans off the skin alot easier than nail polish =)

Dont forget to get some fine art paint brushes too for detail work.

I want to do all of the nails you do! But I try and try to grow my nails, but I always manage to grow my left hand. Once they are all long I say "Finally! It takes forever to grow these freaking nails!" And then one by one, the ALL break! And Im right-handed so I cant grow it at all! UGGGGGGGH :'(

This is a cool color. Something nobody would do which is why it's a cool color combo. I'm shocked your bristles on your brush didn't fall apart. My neon yellow did and my dark green is coming apart...Darn cheap brushes.
