uhhh now it can theres a new firmware thing for psp 3000s 2000s and 1000s its call 5.03 ChickHEN R2 (only works on psp with OFW 5.03 and it only lets you play homebrews not isos or csos. but you dont even need a pandora battery or MMS =D
