  • Ooooooweeeeee this is siiiiiickk!!!

  • where can i get the instrumental?

  • @rjslds07 you can google sleng teng riddim but can't say you'll find this particular dub plate, you can take the original, remix it and add samples. You'll have to sift through all the versions though (songs), before you find a clean dub plate (instrumental).

  • @rjslds07 buy a Casio MT-40

  • wtf

  • holy shit this is smooth!

  • Where can I get this version?

  • were is the super sick bass from the original. still a cool song though

  • fuck this shit reminds me at the good times in the 90´s. still listening in 2011.

  • that was fatness

  • I like how it just cuts out at the end, clearly the guys recording it just thought, "yeah, this shit aint workin bro, lets go smoke another one and try something different..."

  • This is disappointing, i was expecting so much more from seeing the title. Cypress Hill rapping over sleng teng would be fucking awesome.

  • <<<<<<headnoddin

  • ya man, Sleng Teng Riddim is de best riddim ever

  • Jammy' version rules ! this is crap...

  • wayne smith is king, cypress are kings but covers almost always end up a rape charge......holland holidays boys!!!!!

  • hear TODOS TUS MUERTOS - LEGALIZENLA it´s better

  • This song should actually feature the sleng teng riddim. not just lyrics

  • @downPub they took Wayne Smith's lyrics and put them over a different beat. Would have been cool if they would have had the riddim over the rapping part though...

  • wow... this isn't sleng teng at all. It makes you wonder, do they know what sleng teng is?

  • This is horrible....This song would've been good without Wayne Smith's sample.....

  • hercules

  • song makes my brain blows up insane in the braiin

  • The Hip Hop come from Jamaica!!!! :D

  • Thanks so much for posting this coljohn23. Been looking for this for years...my friend just referred the name of song to me. Used to jam to this all the time in the mid 90's...

Thanks again! Great B Real part!

  • sickest hill joint i heard

  • i like waynes smith's version waaaaaaaaaaaaay betta! big up wayne straight!

  • @adescfc easy mate! Barrington Levy: under mi sensi. Wayne Smith: under mi sleng teng (which is sampled here) both came out "85. Different tunes mate. Heard a huge dnb remix of this tune any one know about it?

  • what albums this off any one plzzz i need this so i gunna have a big smoke up!!

  • Do people even know that Barrington Levy did this first? fuck wayne smith taking barringtons credit

  • @adescfc either way essentially prince jammy should get the credit

  • YES BREAL MY FUKIN BOY!!!

  • sick bass

  • i cant understand why cypress hill had such a big rep, they really weren't thay good in comparison to most hip hop groups.

And his flow is so predictable, Chip Fu was the best lyricist imho

  • @krisbarber dont get me wrong i love cypress hill man but i agree with you on chip fu, his flow and lyrics are too sick man

  • @FunkyHomosapian1 just like ur namesake, there were much better hip hop artists/groups to be found but will never get the same recognition, doesnt it make u laugh when people claim eminem, dre and co to be the best rappers ever

  • @krisbarber funky got one of the best flows man, definaly much better artists mainly late 80s early 90s right ?, the old eminem was pretty good i hate his new stuff though,

    1.funky homosapian

    2.fushnickens

    3.b.i.g

    4.beres hammond

    5.barrington levy

i know the last 2 aint hip hop artists but them 5 are my favourite, who's your bro ?

  • FUCK RULEZZZZZZZZZZZZZ EL PRIETO..

  • wow that sounds really good

  • Lets smoke a Peadogg!

  • THEM A PIRATE !!!

  • @charliedesiles Nah, it's not a pirate its sampling, pirate is when you teef up music/ideas and gwan like is your own original ting, they called it "Under mi sleng teng" and mostly used Wayne Smiths voice, so they weren't denying its origin.

  • hahaha this is the 1st version of it I ever heard

  • Wayne Smith Version is way better. CYPRESS HILL AIN'T GOT A CASIO

  • i heard this song on a diff beat in the 90s...i think it was actually on the i wanna get high instrumental or something similar, but definitely much more chill than this beat...has anyone heard this??? i've been going insane trying to find it

  • garbage

  • wayne smiths version is miles better

  • holy shit

  • you can find this on a compilation album called Big Blunts 1 or 2 I don;t remember which but there is a version of this on one of those and it;s way better then this one

  • original still the best

  • Does anyone know where i can download this! Finding it hard to get hold of it!

  • b-reals flow was so fuckin dope in the 90s

  • @antwn101 yea your right it was. Is it me or after their first album he sounded more nasal and choppy?? His voice was less nasal and his flow was more smooth on the first album.

  • @samhern77 he smoked more weed

  • @antwn101 still has the sickest flow check smokin mirrors, real recognize real

  • @antwn101 well it's still rock nowadays, considering the bs that spills from lil wayne and sh*t

  • @antwn101 hell yea 2 bad he sold out though, when he did that puppet master shit with Dr. Dre,

  • you´re fuckin dope...

  • didnt know bout it.

    FREE MARIJUANA * * *

  • the bass line is from Boz Scaggs "Hercules"

  • jdosia

Is from a song called "Hercules", but IS ORIGINALLY BY AARON NEVILLE (New Orleans).

  • Hey I need to know, whats the name song whit this bass ..sorry for my englisch

  • Under mi sleng teng

  • murdered the original

  • i like the remix version better

  • I love Cypress Hill, but I think there like the angriest potheads.

  • Yea I agree. Too many people trying to snatch their grass or something :D

  • i think not using the riddim totally defeats the purpose of using sleng teng in the title.

    imo

  • agree... it was better to use the original under my sensi instead... this is not slengteng

  • B-real looks stoned

  • when doesn't he?

  • they all chief but that niggas high face is a dead giveaway haha..

  • Where can I get this, the DJ Muggs remix of Sleng Teng on that Big Blunts CD isn't this.. it's a remix with the beat from BDP's "9 MM." Does this song exist anywhere?

  • not bad, but wayne smith's is 100% better.

  • @101airbourn

i gotta disagree. i hate the rattling buzzing bassline on wayne smith's under me sleng teng

  • @fbarriosjr sleng teng riddum man

  • @101airbourn Word,, u goto give props to these brothas for flippin a great sample tho... wayne may have done the originallll but these cats totally remixxed datt shittzzz to hip hop,, lovely word up!!!!
