I love mini vans too! I can't lie! The power sliding doors do corrupt! The Mazda5 would be perfect in size and features that you like, obviously you know the car. The only thing that I don't like is that it's not offered with power doors stateside, but overseas it is. I'm sure that has something to do with people not opting for the available power doors on the retired MPV badge.
lol. I love minivans too! They are very cool with the power sliding doors, and liftgate. They are so much cooler now, than back in the day with so many options that you could only get on a SUV a few years ago. The Kia Sedona is my top favorite of all of the vans on the market.
I own the grandaddy of all minivan is my 1984 Dodge caravan with only 43k miles. People have try to buy from me all the time.

I love minivans too! do you like those chrysler models? We have our 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan for almost 8 years and it runs great!
