The one of them with western clothing and hats is from Top of the Tots...a great dvd! :-D :-D The other one right next to it of them practicing (wasn't quite sure which one you meant :D) is from Cold Spaghetti Western.

Who is the man at 2:06? He is dressed like a superhero with a wig and has F M on his chest.

That is from the Wiggly Western movie, and it is Paul Paddick (Capt. Feathersword) dressed up as "FoodMan". :-D
