  • Great movie! What is the sound?

  • Darude - Sandstorm

  • Big thumbs up from Gene there :)

  • i don´t understand why Jordan were getting so much worser in the next years =/??

  • loss of the awesome Honda engines was a big reason.

  • Damon Hill retired. I think his knowledge about the car's setup might have helped them a lot!

The Honda engines actually stayed there for a while, they used Mugen-Honda engines in '99 and Honda from 2000-2002.

  • 1:27 = LOL

  • Great video, thank you! Please can you tell me the name of the song? Many thanks!!

  • Darude - Sandstorm

  • Thank you very much!!

  • Your welcome

  • great race, great video, great music and great winner

  • This from where you got this video where it is MTV sign figures in him?

  • If they hadn't messed up Irvine's tyre change he would have been further up in the points and would have won the championship. They(ferrari)didn't want Irvine to win, They wanted Schumacher but he wasn't there. If you're gonna give up a number(27) in memory of a deceased driver (Gilles Villeneuve) then you're gonna give it up for some you want not someone that you employed because you didn't think the could.

  • It was a decision of the team. Irvine should have won.

  • agreed

  • poor Badoer:(((

  • he should have been driving for Minardi instead of Salo

  • he should have been driving for Ferrari instead of Salo, Badoer was the Ferrari test driver and still is. He had been testing for Ferrari since 1997 and has probably driven more miles for Ferrari than Schumi.

  • Yes, he is a good tester but not a good racer.

  • Yes, he is a good tester but not a good racer.

  • Salo is way better than Badoer. How many points Badoer has scored on his F1 career? 0. Salo has 2 podiums so fuck you.

  • You really cant compare success if one drives a Ferrari and the other Minardi.

  • wath song is it??

  • GARA PIÙ BELLA DEL SECOLO!!!

  • si, ma doveva vincerla ralf...sob sob...

  • mitico johnny herbert!

  • 9 place. oliver panis

  • Thanks.Yes it was def.a strange race..

  • What`s the name of the song??

  • Da Rude - Sand Storm

And that vid is rly awsome :) IT really was a strange race though :O And also the song is great :D

  • Great GP !

I watched it live from Canada !

  • Most spectacular GP I've ever seen. Definately one of my favourites. I was so happy for the Stewart team.

  • i feel sorry 4 luca badoer running in 4th place thn the engine going i would hav cried just like him

  • If Ralf didn't pick up a puncture he would of won, same cases with Hakkinen, McLaren chose wets for him on a drying track, and if Irvine didn't get held up, he might of had a podium, but there was too many what if's, I was pleased Johnny won, I wouldn't care who won the championship, I just hoped it would be a good seaso n.

  • The race finished

    1st - Johnny Herbert - Stewart

    2nd - Jarno Trulli - Prost

    3rd - Rubens Barrichello - Stewart

    4th - Ralf Schumacher - Williams [received a puncutre]

5th - Mika Hakkinen [overtook Gene with 2 laps left]

    6th - Marc Gene

    7th - Eddie Irvine

    8th - Ricardo Zonta

  • great! thx for upping! :-* ^^

  • I was there and had a seat at the top of the hill in the stancd C, before Veedol. It was damn cold especially saturday, but a great race to watch. What was odd, was that as soon as the race ended, within 10 minutes, all the Germans had gone. Me and my mate Paul wandered around the deserted track for an hour drinking german spirits celebrating JH's win before finding our coach, to arrive back in London Victoria monday at 10.00 strange smelly F1 Fans at the end of the morning commute!

  • Congratulations to Stewart, and without a doubt, one of the great races of the 90's, matching Gilles Villeneuve fightbacks, Senna's superiority, Schumacher's consistency and will to win, Damon's charge for the title, it matched all these prospects, and I was amazed, well done Johnny!

  • Without a doubt, one of the greatest races of all time, I remember watching this race live about 8-10 years old, it was so unpreddictable, when Frentzen retired, it was wide open for 5 drivers to win this

but the inevitable happened, Frentzen Out, Coulthard Out, Ralf Out, Fisichella Out, Badoer Out, Irvine delayed, Hakkinen wrong choice of tyre, what a great race,

  • the song is "Sandstorm" by Darude (short for Da Rude Boy).

  • SO that is what happened last time an Englishman won!

  • if frentzens car didnt break he would of won this race and would of had a really good shot at the championship, imagaine a world champion in a jordan!!

  • hmmm whatever way around is good, ill search for it, many thanks!

  • song is sandstorm by darude, or is it darude by sandstorm........?

  • great vid, that was one hell of a mixed up race! whats the song called? it fits perfectly with the vid

  • It was a shame for Frentzen to retire due to eletrics, but it is a great video

  • go JH!
