This is an awesome very helpful video. I'm preparing to start my healthy eating journey in january 2011 and part of it is advanced preparation so that i don't fall off track. This is quite helpfull as i purchase vegetable while they are in season so i could have them in the winter. Yay!!! I love youtube!!
thanks!! looks like we have quite the process ahead of us for all our greens.... a tip I learned today regarding your wanting to have a few portions in the same bag, not stuck together, is to take the blanched greens and freeze them first in muffin tins, then you have pucks you can put together in bags!
