I have a 9 year old Toro gas mower and When i pull the starting rope the lawn mower blade shaft is tight and will turn anymore and lawn mower blade fell off the shaft after i tightend the screw of Lawn Mower blade screw and Engine will not start anymore. How do i fix this problem?

expert village needs to stop making videos like this..this guy has no good knowledge about how to repair/maintain a lawnmower

Dummy! TIGHTEN THE DARN BLADE PROPERLY, NOT FINGER-TIGHT. use some raw power, in finnish: PERRKELE!
