Nice head on there - curious how the beer became so carbonated? Is this all natural CO2? Did you rack into the barrel after secondary? I assume a barrel can't handle any forced carbonation... thanks - wish I could taste it!

Melissa was certainly the pick for me. Pete seemed to be a bit of a chameleon. Pineapple one second, ginger the next. A melange of flavours, with something new surfacing all the time. Melissa, by contrast, was just a beautifully oaked, really well balanced beer.
