  • Or your still a dumbass learn to speek english and only gas is kinda yellow

  • AH HA busted !!!! At 2:28 or so , Hey uh - you're turning the engine backwards!!!! Yeah sure it didn't start , why don't you try again and crank the engine correctly WITH NO gas in the tank...

  • @novachevyguy its the video speed that makes it look like that

  • @3habaneros i don't think so

  • @novachevyguy

actually yes, I looked carefully and he was turning it the right way, an engine bounces back if you only make 1 1/2 turns instead of the full 2 turns, for the piston to compress the air, if it is not turned all the way, then the compressed air pushes it back the other way when it stops, which is what you see.

But if you watch the very beginning when he started to turn it, it's clearly turning the right way.

  • This is basically diesel or petrol engine?

  • where can you get the transducer or did it come from a humidifier

  • Why don't you use small amount of exhaust outlet hot air to create the baubles?

I think it will be better then ultrasonic mist maker.

  • DEI..... lol great

  • im bluddy confused why is the intake going into the exhaust.

is this rigged cause i don't know

  • Sooo...the intake tube going threw the exhaust tube...

So the exhaust gases wrapping around the intake tube, causing the intake charge to become really hot...

  • would it work the same with cooking oil?

  • It might make more if u sealed the container full if seidemm

  • the side was open at first so i can place the fogger in it but the intake air was also coming in on it that ...so i f u close it than no air movement no mixture...

  • Nice setup...

  • I am confused... Why is the exhaust running through the same pipe as the diesel vapor?

  • He's using GEET fuel processor...

  • Not a real geet setup tho! The inner rod is not in the tube at this time! So its functioning as a heated intake pipe.

  • Lol!! I missed it...

  • hay dumbass thats not diesel fuel its red what u got is gasoline duh!!!!! because its yellow and thats not a ttttransducer its a small nubelizer in that jug not ( jar ) and it would run alot better if u made a a bubbler gas tank not vapors and LEARN HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH IF U WANT TO LIVE IN AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!

  • I disrespect you for your attack on this gentlemans person and your name calling simply because he is an engineer who is actually trying something. in my humble opinion you suck. reguards

  • thx mate;)

If he keep writing crap i just gonna delete his junk and report it as spam...

  • Oh yeah?

It is diesel but if i like, i spell it dizel ...

Transducer might be not but if anyone ask about it i set them straight. It can be found on the market as ultrasonic fogger.

About ur opinion about my spelling and speech.... Well just ask me if i care haha

  • hey DUMBASS have you herd of red die diesel? it is in fact RED its died red cuz its off road its the same as regular fuel just cheeper

  • Thx it shows mr. 08avereda that not all diesel is red.

  • @FORDGTFANATIC or ur a dumbass u cant even speek english and thats not a trans ducer its a vaporizer is part of a nubeulizer and too bad you cant turn a gas engine into diesel running engine and the diesel is red because it it has alot of impurities ans the diesel that looks like gas is actuailly bio diesel i should know i work at a bio diesel/ethanol plant!

  • @08avereda diesel is yellow leaded sed to be red

  • tilfulll - dietarily speaking olive oil is better than veggie oil. Is this the same for engines. I hear that veggie oil smells like French fries, I have tried olive oil with bread as appetizer...well I lost my appetite, all over the table! No pun it was as described. ARGH!

  • Hey titfull can you add HHO to the vapour? We all wanna see how that runs.

  • Search on google for ultrasonic fogger!

  • where did u get the Ultrasonic tranducer?

  • Videos are up 2 of them one runnling to loud to talk then another explaining

  • Ok not sure if this will post been haveing problems BUT i ran a Generator with Gas Fumes and 2 back flash aresters. Also with a hho system. I recorded it and am attemting to get the video up. Also as i shut it off it backfired and the aresters worked. All though i had to change my shorts lol A Key is 3/4 pipe works great with 1 Transducer

  • You the Man I just altered A transduser and it works VERY WELL. I'm running a Gererator on Gasoline Vapors and So far so Good Thanks Bud

  • Did u made sure that it can't backfire and blow up?

  • Yes i built a backflash arester in another video i saw. Its simply mesh screaning. I also added a HHO gen to the 12v charger to increase the milage I plan on hooking it up to the house and working a transfer box backwords so if the gen goes down the regular power kicks in and the excess power goes to the grid and i get payed lol.

  • Have you tried using vegetable oil? I would like to see if ultrasound could vaporize it as well!

  • Not yet..

  • I have made a working humidifier with an old cotton sock inside the intake hose on my TDI.

(The blue hose on my video, is the water outlet from the bottle, and it's dripping down on the sock inside the hose.) Perhaps it also could vaporize diesel? I haven't tested myself, just an idea.

    Look at my humidifier video.

    Nice work titlfulll!

  • Good work.

How do you connect the transducer? directly to the battery?

  • I am trying to run Diesel because i want to use the generator together with truck the same fuel... But ...i cant light the f...Diesel, i tryed with a lighter and nothing, i heated it up with a torch and nothing, only when it boils very hot i am able to light same of its gas. You have found something incredible!! can you repeat the test trying to light some fuel with a lighter, so everybody can se its diesel. I tryd with a carb but no way .... Great Idea! 5 Stars.

  • Just hang on I going to put up a new video son as I can.

That setup going to use carburetor with diesel.

  • But be careful when you guys using vapors for fuel you got to consider back fire posibilities!

Sometimes engines produce backfire wich means that the air fuel mixture ignites in the intake manifold.

On normal engines is not a problem because the carburetor or the fuel injectors stop the fire speeding back to the tank but if you using vapors YOU CAN BLOW UP!

  • @Jetis, never us gasoline diesel has a flamepoint of 55ºC so at less heat it will not explode gasoline has a flame point of -20ºC so...Danger!!

@tiltfull Fantasic work! realy good! i`m still trying to run my geet on diesel....but not as a mix...:) Did you use pure diesel?

  • Yes it was just diesel nothing else.

    About the flame point....

You can poor gasoline on a hot exhaust manifold it will not ignite!

    I have done that!

  • Hi.

This is a great test, thank you for this. But can you tell me how you modified the transducer? I can't get mine to work in gasoline. Did you just cut the water level sensor off?

    Thanks!

  • Depends what kind of sensor you have.

From the one on the video i just pulled the sensor out than i had to stuff aluminum foil into the hole so it always stays on.

The new one that i have has thin wires running inside.

  • So I cut the sensor all the way threw close to the top including the wires, than just brake the sensor housing tube at the bottom.

That way you ending up with three wire one for the sensor the others for the l.e.d.

If i remember right than the sensor wire needs to be connected with one of the l.e.d. wire or something like that..

You need to play with at...

Just don't let it run dry long!!!!!!

Son as you hear at buzzing disconnect!

Than without power connect the wires and seal it up.

  • Yes but it's not really good for the fogger.

But again i thinking of loose the fogger and the baboler and use two carburetor that basically going to inject fuel and water on the hot exaust pipe that is wrapped a run with the intake.......

  • tiltfulll,

I have used the foggers for hydroponic growing, after many test's i found the ultrasound will heat the solution to a fairly high temp.... this will aid in vaporization...

Try leaving the ultra-sonic fogger in a bucket of water for at least an hour...

    Regards, HV

  • Heating this vapour is simpler than heating the liquid in the bottle.

You could try adding water and an unmodified transducer in the same bottle. =)

  • Yes I agree.

Tho this are not really vapor!

I had to find out that this is still microscopic airborne droplets.

Vapor would be if it's heated and turns gaseous state.

On my next setup I going to add a second heat exchanger and the carburetor(s) going to be connected to that.

It will be no carburetor any longer after the chambers.

One carb. for water one for gas, than gonna try diesel and might be something eals.

    No more bubbler if possible.

  • Go for it. =)

I guess I missed the first heat exchanger.

Another suggestion: if you can't get enough heat, maybe it's an idea to heat the liquid or droplet stream using induction heating.

  • where can i buy an ultrasonic transducer?

  • IF you had the reactor rod in there I believe that ultrasonic fogger would indeed provide enough fuel vapors for your engine to run.

    Nice work!!

  • Very interesting. I thought of using this with isopropyl alcohol but would never have thought that it would work with diesel fuel!

But now that you've proven it works, what about with kerosene? A little lighter than the diesel so it would probably work better.

    Great video!

  • (continued)

May need the heat of the exhaust to help vaporize? Do your test of the ultrasonic in an isolated place with a lot of distance between you and the test. Use small amt. of fuel in smaller container. Even small amt. of fuel can give violent explosion. Test several fuels to see if they work with the ultrasonic. Need your source for the ultrasonic and I will test as well. Just starting Pantone stuff. I have a background with ultrasonic equipment in another field.

  • I think your transducer is a better way to atomize the fuel, whether gas or dieselfuel. Use the bubbler to get the push of the exhaust. Just make it so it doesnot actually bubble the fuel. Set it up so that the exhaust of the bubbler has a scruffy around it to keep the small droplets from getting to the reaction chamber. Have to be careful that it doesn't create an explosive event. You may need more than one ultrasonic to get enough vapor to run the engine. (continued)

  • Hi tiltfulll! Nice work! I love the fact you kept your carburetor. from what I understand the magnetic rob is pure B.S!

  • With the exhaust pipe going in the gas tank, if you snake out a pipe at the bottom and make tiny little holes in the pipe, and also put a stainless steel scrubby wrap around the bottom part of the pipe , the gas should vaporized no? Did you make a test with a few ounces of gas from the original gas tank, and take the same amount of gas in the bubbler. Which one save the most gas and also make the test with diesel fuel, waste oil, water and gas and tell us the data you're having

  • Thanks mate!

  • good work mate
