With the camera, they recorded the music that comes from the speakers all together.(and also the public) With the sound that comes directly from the microphone, they record the sounds of individual instruments as if they were recorded in the studio, and the applause are not captured.
If you guys ever watched the behind the scenes footage of the concerts, he uses multi-million dollar equipment capable of editing ANY audio recorded at the concerts, including the applause. The original audio comes from the live concerts, It's NOT mined.
