It is my right elbow that bounces away from my body. I broke my elbow a year before. It was difficult for me to use certain muscles, including those that would anchor my arm to my body. It took a lot of therapy, weight training, and consistency to strengthen and work through that issue. The clinician knew this (also these are only clips) and chose not to hound on something that could not be fixed in a day. This is no longer an issue (note the date), next time please don't be so quick to assume.
get a life..this horse rocks. It may look as if he is hollow, but he has a higher head-set. warmbloods do. she is a very good rider and this is an awesome horse. I don't think she would be riding second level is she didnt know what she were doing...
Oh Tom Noone, no wonder. I used to train right down the street from his stables in NY. Still haven't ridden with him, but I've seen and heard nothing but good things. Lucky you!
What exercises do you do to work on that... Its great that your position is so relaxed AND steady... I can imagine that its difficult to work on that without creating tension elsewhere... (so what exercises can you do to create such a subtle difference??)
They are not jabbing him. I know my ankles get loose, I have been working on it. My spurs, however, are not touching him until I want them to be. He would be much too dull to the leg if I did that.

More of just reminding myself to let more weight down into the iron. (in turn helps my leg even more of course!) I had the issue for a long time, it is much less on many other horses now. Danny requires I stay aware of it a bit more because he has a wider round barrel and that creates more of a challenge physically. A little wiggle is perfectly normal and acceptable, I just have to remind myself not to let it go to much.

keep an eye out for your spurs jabbing him with each stride in sitting trot.
