  • @blackishlovah123 agreed!! Its better to undertrain than to overtrain. The release of Cortisol is one of the most devastating for your muscle growth and actually inhibits growth hormone. A lot of people need to know that overtraining and going to the gym more times than you need (even training the same body part before full recovery) is a very bad thing indeed!

If you take enough roids and follow a basic diet and training plan which you can get online in 5 seconds then anyone could easily put on stacks and stacks of muscle. haha don't give these guys too much credit...without roids they would all be 40 pounds lighter...at least 70% of what they've achieved can be attributed to roids

    I don't take steroids, although I'm not against steroid use, I fully appreciate all of the hard work all of these bodybuilders have put in to reach their goals, and their likely steroid use is just a method of being able to push the boundaries.

    I'd bet none of the owners of these 'steroidsR4' accounts actually understand steroids, what they do and how they work, they're just jealous that they don't look like these guys. I'm also jealous of these guys, but I respect them.

They've been working out 18 to 20 years. They've been also eating four to five meals a day. EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! 365 DAYS!! Knowledge, Motivation, Sweat, Aches, and Strength brought them up to the top not the steroids. I don't think you have any idea or any knowledge about the steroids. Or even how it works to the human body.

Of course your body wants protein after your workout, but it also wants it 12, 24 & 36 hours after as it's still rebuilding muscles. As a lesson in etiquette, I would recommend to respect others comments, and form coherent sentences. It'll go a long way when you're an adult..
