1st. Sonic spends half the stage on a snowboard while in the newgen versions he is constantly running in 3G.

@dragon10452 Ps2 has tons of brilliant games and franchises (Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, Ratchet and Ckank, Jack and Dexter, Sly Cooper etc) from 2 generations. Wii and GC have many good games too and the Mario franchise but that's it. Now say again Wii is better.

Sure the graphics are nothing special compared to the PS3, XBox 360, or even the Wii, but that doesn't mean the system is outdated by ANY means. IT IS still alive, and there are still games coming out for it. I think it looks great for a PS2 game, and by far one of the best looking games on it.

Wii version got way better graphics and yes you can play with the game cube controllers in the wii version. how ever the ps2 version is the same as wii's the only diffrense is the graphics and the models are better in the wii one. if you have a ps2 buy the ps2 version while if you have a wii buy the wii version.

ps2 model-not glossy, no head-quill physics (sonics quills dont move)
