  • Oh the memories of Terciera Island!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looks like I'm jumping on the "thank Kumquatsta" bandwagon, lol!!!!!

  • if u flying over atlantic and something is wrong with the plane and you have to land ina hurry ur end up in azores.

  • Azores! My great grandparents (Dutra, Alves, Machado, and Silveira) came from Horta, Faial, Azores before settling in New Bedford, Mass. in the mid to late 1800's. They originally came from Flanders, Belgium in the 15th and 16th century. Enjoyed all 3 videos.

  • @mdhokie2007 cool story bro.

  • anda mazé ao porto comer uma francesinha oh porco!

  • The Furnas don't smell that bad. He's kind of a whiny little brat.

  • Proud to be Portuguese!

  • Portugal!!!! What a wonderful place,im proud to be portuguese!!!

  • Epá, quanto menos se falar nos Açores, melhor... Aquilo é um paraíso, e todos sabemos o que acontece aos pequenos paraísos quando começa a ir gente aos montes pra lá...

  • PORTUGAL ALLEZ!

  • i was living in the mainland and moved to azores 1 year ago. Azores its really a piece of paradise!!!

    PORTUGAL CARALHOOO

  • @Oldranker: that's the thing, though. It's part of his personality. He can't be expected to walk into everywhere he visits jumping up and down with giddiness and pissing down his leg with excitement, but even later in the first segment, he's speaking very highly of it, simply asking more questions about it.

  • açores, a terra de onde vem as vacas. Pelo menos é como são conhecidas as meninas de lá. belos tetos

  • @JustinCase10261 Just Fuck you. I can be proud of my country and being living in other coutry. That doesnt mean I hate the country I live in. That are the roots.

  • at 2: 57 the lake looks like a penis

  • Azores it's much much more than Pauleta!! Azores it's a piece of paradise on the earth! :)

  • azores famous for PAULETA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • thanks for uploading...like that your new vids can be watched with 480....keep on doing this. good job

  • @Phony1000 glad you enjoy them. definitely agree the 480p adds to the experience. i'll do my best

  • No offence to the Azores but I found this to be quite an empty episode of no reservations.

  • @oldranker Yeah, I agree. Bourdain starts the show with his big-city, ignorant distain for a natural phenomenon, and the show never rises back up from it. I've spent almost 2 months on 2 islands, and had an amazing time that I'll never forget. In fact, the Aҫores, is my top pick for settling down upon my retirement. Great people, awesome natural foods, good drink, superb natural beauty. I just can't find appropriate work, or I'd be there right now. This show doesn't do the islands, any justice.

  • I never heard of the Azores before I saw this epsiode. Damn that soups looks GOOD!!!

  • @hobokensteve --- U should visit us not only the soup looks good it tastes good..lol
