4- There are three things of which you can be certain: death, taxes, and George Dare
3 - Actually, there are gour things of which you can be certain: death, taxes, George Dare, and Justin and Stephanie celebrating National George Dare Day every year.
2 - George Dare called Chucki Norris and said he wants all of his jokes back .... chuck Norris said: "OK, just don't round-house me again."
This video brings back fond memories of growing up in Vegas and the Rebels at the peak of college basketball. George Dare came and sang at our schools and this song was an anthem for a school and an entire city. In recent years I have had the chance to meet George and now have the pleasure of calling him my friend. This is why I have 10 reasons why August 6th (his birthday) should be National George Dare Day. Reason # 10- His voice is like a tender combination of jesus and Fergie
"This douche" is the guy who wrote and sang the song. If you liked the song in the 80's and 90's, this was the guy you were listening to. Good one though.
So it's evident your just arrogantly obnoxious. So I'll leave it at that. Yes I remember the late 80's, and yes I even remember the early 90's. Which is why I knew KLUC used to play this song all the time, and the fact that I knew this song was done by one George Dare. To show my youth, I will even admit he performed it at my school when I was in 5th grade. Get over yourself Oddjob. Your not the only one who was around this town during the time period.
My wife and I were both born and raised in Las Vegas. At 26 years old we might have been the only two screaming like George Dare was a rock star during this perfomance. Runnin' Rebel Fever is forever a classic in our hearts. We remember when 98.5 would play it on the radio like it was a top 40 hit.

Im so glad that when the band did a recording of this song, it sounds so much better than this douche..but I remember the 80s like it was yesterday.

Excellent vintage classic from the early 1980's. Those who lived in Vegas at that time remember the song, which was great for its time.
