The most authentic call I have heard with lagomorph so far. A cottontail was killed by a mammalian predator near my study window - about 10 yards into the forest 10 minutes ago. Clean kill likely from a bobcat. Could hear loud audible movement through the palmettos in the pine stand when I went out to try to see it. Definitely cottontail, definitely quadraped predator. Good call you have there.
