G'DAY GKR is none-contact. There are plenty of styles who have full contact if thats your thing? It also depends what you "do" Karate for? I doubt many could do a session like this over 2 hours with the balance and style required for grading. Also you are only sent for a 'grading' if your instructors are sure you have the skills, determination, passion to improve.

man GKR is all about money, its not real karate jst bullshit. i saw a 10 yr old whos a black belt? i mean wth? r u serz? kid cnt even kick properly and his a black belt? and all they do is punch the air no real contact.
