No one can accurately name the best person at an instrument. There are many different styles to base off of. Jordan Rudess is the only guy you can say he's the best at his instrument.
if you're Right-handed, use only your left hand during a moment of practice for 30 minutes daily for 1 month. LOL!
get the speed of your left hand going. RUN thru scales up and down. do different things and tricks with your skills. make different rhythmic patterns, etc. Play melodic minor, harmonic minor and major scales/chords in ev'ry KEY.
use LOOKNOHANDS website for scales and chords :)
NO CHEATING, only use your L-hand, then switch to R-hand. you'll get FAST and SICK!
I would probably think this guy was great, like a lot of other people, if I had never heard Duke Ellington, Tommy Flanagan, Billie Holiday & all those other greats who didn't bother with fancy effects & over-the wall classical technique. To me this kind of music is basically a circus act - sort of, like, let's show the people how fast we can play & scatter notes in all directions at once. Whew !!
i wouldnt bother - korg seemed to have let its current owners down by giving more attention to the likes of the M3 and Radias synths. ive talked to owners who havnt seen an o/s updated in ages and getting no joy from korg at all. not surprising when you look at the bloody price of it
I just have to say, this piece is very realistic, a real orchestra could play this very well. Its not robotic. JUst incase thats whats someone meant, otherwise, w/e....
Hell yes! It's overpriced here in Scandinavia. If you think 70,000 SEK is bad, we have to pay 80,000 Norwegian Kroner for the OASYS and that is about 15,680,00 dollars - almost twice as expensive.
Yeah man you're completely right. So true that Rudess (keyboardist for the most technically brilliant band on the planet, Juillard educated, child prodigy age 9) isn't nearly as good as Timbaland.
