shoot the rocket, and jump when it fully zooms it ;) practice

Easy way is to look down, keep zooming in and shoot and jump and the same time.

if u turn left at... 1:34, follow the ledge for ages, walk around a building and onto a FENCE, you can get out that way - it's better, also at 1:52, if u just run forward theres more, dont forget to jump though
