It was first time when Clark met Tess. So, he didn't know who is the woman who he saved....and Tess not exactly a bad person. Her intentions are good, the bad is that she willing to do anything neccessary to achieves it. Even it's means something evil
@klran26 And besides,it was people like Tess who paved the way for his friendship with a certain ruthless,cruel,Gotham-born vigilante with good intentions, a less than pure soul and the willingness to sacrifice all for the Greater Good.
@klran26 your right.there are just some people out there who were conviced that tess was evil.when she only did evil things in order to get to do good thing.like this necessary evil stuff and i heard someone thinking that tess was kind of bipolar.i for one did not feel she did evil that well anyway.even though she does do a good job being a bit of a bitch on the earth 2 world.maybe on that earth she could of been a better villain.i'm not sure if i like that she slept with zod.

In the smallville mag Cassidy Freeman (Tess) was talking about this scene and she said that the guy who plays clark (im running a blank on his name) didn't know she was supposed to say something so when she did he was like 'whaat?!' and slammed her feet into something.. Haha :P
@sexyz4him it was the actress talking about one of the takes they had to do for that scene. i don't think you'll be able to find it because tom welling had messed up so they re-did the scene.
