  • Yo this two minute workout does not work so do me a favor and do NOT post another video. I've seen girlls do it better.

  • This is great! But not sure if its suitable for me as I have Knee problems. could you suggest a 2 minute workout which does not involve squats or puts pressure on the knees?

  • @72669sammy Eating right and doing HIIT and metabolic resistance training will get rid of the fat and expose the muscle underneath.

  • I'm a personal trainer - this is what I do for a living. I help people change their bodies every day, so I know what it takes to get results.

    If you do this micro workout along with the others that I show multiple times per day, it will add up and give you an exercise effect.

    As usual, you get out of it what you put in. It's not a magic pill, but it is a very easy way for even the busiest of people to get in some exercise regardless of whether they have the time or resources to go to a gym.

  • If you do enough micro workouts per day then yes absolutely. The key thing is to try get around 20-30 minutes of activity a day.

    If you're doing that, you will lose fat from your entire body, not any one particular area.

  • 10-15 micro workouts per day and you should be good. Basically every time you have 2 mins to spare in your day, jump up and do it.
