This is great! But not sure if its suitable for me as I have Knee problems. could you suggest a 2 minute workout which does not involve squats or puts pressure on the knees?

@72669sammy Eating right and doing HIIT and metabolic resistance training will get rid of the fat and expose the muscle underneath.

If you do enough micro workouts per day then yes absolutely. The key thing is to try get around 20-30 minutes of activity a day.
If you're doing that, you will lose fat from your entire body, not any one particular area.

10-15 micro workouts per day and you should be good. Basically every time you have 2 mins to spare in your day, jump up and do it.
