@Rattmaster86 the alarm clocks volume runs with accordance to the phones volume itself. you can try changing your profile to (outdoor) which is louder and that might actually increase the volume of your alarm :)

ummm i had the same prob and all i did was checked my running programs and closed the radio because it was interfering with my playback. so try that if it dosent help report back :)

@harbas94 nope nothing running. there is however a little headphone icon in the top right under the battery level, but my headphones aren't plugged in. maybe its a prblem with the jack

@tharri ohhh ok den plug your headphones in and play the radio then unplugg because the phone maybe doesnt know that the headphones are out. if that dosent work then play a song and then unplugg :)

i understand that they use these to protect your phone but they can be trouble sometimes too. my cousins e63 dust protector fell into the speaker system and blocked his sound really hard. thats why i take it out. and dust hardly even gets into the phone
