GT5 is pretty accurate on the Nurburg. The bumps he talks about are there, the curbs he says not to use, you don't or you'll risk spinning out. I'll use these tips, I just favorited this video for future reference.
The video is awesome (what else could it be considering so much Porsches racing on the legendary Nordschleife captured on tape), but the narrator's spoken english does not suit the professional presentation.
