Kal saved those elves and Illidan cant grant them cure but gave them power that fill thirsty for magic, that where Blood elves came in, from High elves that exiled :)

Umm...High Elves/Blood Elves were Night Elves at one point. And Night Elves weren't always called Night Elves. High Elves were Highborne and part of Night Elf society. They were cast out of Night Elf culture for some pretty chaotic events they helped cause. The Great Sundering being one of them. High Elves washed ashore in the Eastern Kingdoms and lived there for thousands of years before Arthas or the Scourge.
