My friend saw 1 guy who mod his maverick so that when he fire all the darts in one barrel, he drop them out and incert another barrel!

I like the idea but i believe it would add bulke and wieght to the weapon. also , placement of the pieces would poibly cause an inability to spin the revolution machanism.

Since it only double effectiveness, and must be built almost from scratch, it's not really a worthy investment. But Bravo for the idea! I think we're better off with a little cardboard pouch on out belt, but the upcoming Full-Auto Dart Tag gun could have a larger variant, which would prove VERY helpful.

Umm yeah it really is a pretty big thing, it a easy alternitive to paintball and air soft, plus no mess and way cheaper. But its kinda big as a home thing, not really as a compitions, but for fun.

Just for the other people I dont want any shit about paintball and airsoft is better. Just shut up.

even with airsoft safety glasses are a must, and alot of people play humans vs zombies at colleges, a game that requires teh humans to have nerf weapons

There is a mod you can do to be able to completely remove the Maverick's drum for easy reloading. Or you can have a backpack full of modded Maverick drums and keep replacing them. :P

lol, yeah but less mobility. if you carry A primary weapn( machine gun, rocket launcher, rifle, sniper rifle, shotgun) and a secondary weapon(pistol, small gun)

its alot easier. you can pack tons of ammo and keep fighting

eh, not sure making things for the Maverik would be that worth it. The gun doesn't seem to perform very well. Bullets won't always launch when it's supposed to,.and because the air chamber and gun barrel are separate you lose a chunk of firing power. Even after modding the gun for more power it's still not that great. The single shot Nite Loader has much better performance.

Agreed, Maverick need penny mod to get more strength. However the advantage of Maverick is fast reload ability, and my goal is to enhance it further.

Actually, it is terrible "reload" it has GREAT R.O.F when it has ammo. But it is difficult to reload bullets. I think this could work very well.

@Feisord use a streamline dart for the gun. I have a clear Maverick and it shoots pretty hard when i load fresh streamlines in them.

@Feisord very true. as one who's modified both various times, the nitefinder is the best in modifying and power; the maverick is simply put, a relatively weak gun. it can at times be powerful, but its just not a good to modify guns, or worth making a speed loader of. the spectre of recent I got seems more powerful and slightly more promising, but again, as cool as revolver concepts are, the results have yet to be as good as they can be... Nerf, to this, I am disappoint. :P

but the mavericks barrel dosen't come all the way out, so you'd need to do it side by side and not like a triangle :\

I have mod my maverick so the barrel comes all the way out (it's a 15 minutes mod). I leave out a bullet cuz the barrel holder still blocked one hole.

you just have to take like a dremel or a file and take off two pieces of plastic- look it up on nerfhaven really easy, easier if you take apart the gun- like kevinericon said, it takes around 15 minutes and no skill at all.
