@sakuragirlhottieme Right! Insanity is about taking it to another level. I wouldn't recommend it as the first thing to try for anyone very overweight to start with.
@fixyoutree87 Absolutely! I believe you talking about the site WeightLossAction.info . I am also one of their grateful customer. Glad to hear you liked it too!
yea i did insanity 1st and now i got 3weeks left of p90x but i had the same resualts as you didnt lose a shit load of weight but man did i burn fat still the inches and made me look more tight its a great workout after p90x imma take another week off and start insanity again my favorite thing about compared to p90x is the difference in sweat level when it comes to cardio workouts
i was thinking of buying this program..i'm 13. i'm already in very good shape (six pack, broad shoulders, etc.) do you think after doing insanity i'll be even more defined?
Probably but check with your parent and doctor first to see if it's okay for you. You are still growing and I don't want to make any recommendations for you other than to check with them.

Great job. Post P90X Graduation, I have now started Insanity as well. I'm on Day 5 of Insanity now, I love it. Keep up the great work. Posted my 90 day pix.
Nice Transformation! I'm doing the insanity workout without following the food guide lol. Here i am 18 years old, 5 ft 8", 170 pounds trying to look ripped and not look big like Batista from WWE
Wow- great job! What you've done is really a great accomplishment for 5 weeks- it's a true testament to the fact that Insanity is effective. I can't wait to try this program! :)
Going back to bad eating habits and gaining then having to work out and try to lose it is my super pet peeve about people. Its waisting your time and shows truly how committed you are to your health. Rethink your goals and don't forget them.
Fitness is a lifelong journey! I am still learning! I didn't even really notice my weight gain. In August, I was 140, got down to 121 for months noticed I was up to 130 a month and a 1/2 ago. I think at least i caught it in time. I'm not a perfect person, just trying to be better. Sorry if my story irritates you.
You must work very hard at your health consistently and are blessed that you've never had any weight gain after an initial loss. But, it does happen to people...life happens, sometimes we need to learn, but it's not good to discourage people if they are trying. It can happen to anyone. Please be encouraging to others and not discouraging. Now constructively, what about my goals particularly do you want me to 'rethink' right now?
sorry if I came off discouraging. I didn't mean rethink as in change, I ment rethink as in remember why you started and don't forget it. Stick with it and don't let go. Try not to let yourself go again, cause it only like backtracks you. Instead just keep pushing and move ahead in your fitness. Good luck.
I wil try to keep it up. I have learned that I'm still trying to learn that I can't make all the allowances (as many as I used to) as in the past. Thanks for being here on my journey!
You weren't even fat to begin with... -.-

I just finished P90x and lookin to try insanity, is it more intense than P90?
NickaPalooooza 2 years ago
Hey Nick! Insanity to me has more intensity than P90X but P90x has more variety an the benefit of weights.
