She had the same hair throughout the whole season six, we can't really know what episode it is. Actually in this interview it doesn't really matter

I don't think she was filiming that at the time, could be another episode close to it.
Yeah, she looks exactly like in the moment when she leaves hospital and lies that they did all the tests ;))
