Hey thats a great idea, Just convert all the trucks and busses to veggie oil. Not only does this save the enviornment, but it gives fat people a great excuse to keep eating fried foods!!!
It IS that easy - it's not rocket science. Our car was converted so that there is an extra fuel tank installed, which you see in the video. You do still use diesel to start the vehicle, but then switch over when the engine warms up. I drive a lot of miles so I don't use much diesel, while I use a great deal of vegetable oil. Trucks and buses using algae biofuel would hardly use any diesel if converted.
Sorry kid it's not that easy in cold weather. Diesel is still needed to full the lines and injectors when vehicle not running so it wouldn't clog the system.
So far, this is for mechanics and hippies as opposed to smart urban professionals who waste so much gas, where the safer emission side of it could come into better play on a large scale, and also where there is more WVO. Hybrids and ethanol are pure B.S. that looks good on paper because the numbers are muddied by large scale subsidies to encourage the production and research. And so much grease is under our noses! Oh well... more grease for us.
The United States pobably produces enough waste oil to fulfill 15% of all transportation needs. (Could be far less.)However, if all personal transportation becomes electric. Thats 17% could be enough

Most people I tell about my greasel vehicles are so busy congratulating me like I should deserve some special ribbon, and agreeing with the idea on principle that they don't listen to the technical requirements for the conversion, and basically reveal no intention of ever doing anything like that themselves.
this is GREAT....ha...i didnt even no cars ran on this...and global warming IS real because
1. its been proven on a scale that the earths average temperature increased by 1%. (it may not seem like alot ...but it is.
2. for all my winters ...it has been really cold...and just last christmas it was about 75º!!!
and 3. the UV index used to be at a good rate of 1-2. Now it`s at a moderate rate of 5-7!!!
I'm trying to get a reel mower because it doesnt run on ANYTHING.

It doesn't matter whether global warming is real or not, this is just a smart thing to do.
Free gas that gives you better milage, and makes your car smell like french fries.
Besides all of that they don't pay for any foriegn oil that way; which helps more then just them, in my opinion.
What's not to like?
