From the Albuquerque Journal Feb. 18, 2007: "When he became secretary, he inherited the scandal over allegations that nuclear secrets had been leaked to China, including the case of Los Alamos scientist Wen Ho Lee."

So no, he peronally did not give away a buncha stuff to red chiner as sec of energy.

Lee claimed government officials leaked classified and personal information about him to the media when Richardson was Secretary of Energy(not to China -- Lee did that himself). It was not a proven theory and therefore is a minor issue in this race.
