Eh?? I think you have me confused with someone else, I'm an avid explorer, did you see my channel? But I do believe in safety.

  • This video actually inspired me to start exploring abandon mines. I hate how you people are destroying my liberty to chose for myself. If I die it's my fault. Can't you idiots see that.

  • Referring to the narration at 17 minutes 15 seconds ->

Come on. If you're trying to educate people, don't lie, or at least don't insult other people's intelligence. "Most people who enter abandoned mines don't come out alive." That's like saying marijuana kills. By saying that you have not only become a liar but underestimated your target audience and effectively admitted they're smarter(and cooler) than you even if they get themselves killed in a mine. And that makes you pretty stupid.

  • Dead air is the #1 killer in these mines. The rocks oxidize which removes oxygen from the air. Also, RADON, hydrogen sulfide, methane, arsenic, lead are prominent. Things which you can't see, smell or hear, WILL kill you.

  • Bleurrgh. Cold and broken at the bottom of a lightless mineshaft ... that would be just the absolute worst way to die. :(

  • @LuckyNinja

The first and only rule they broke was to go into the mine in the first place. Do you think rescue workers want to risk their lives so people who are trespassing on private property can have some thrills? Try caving - it's a lot safer and it's legal.

  • @madisonhack

True. Wouldn't be any brighter if it was on government property though. :D

  • It's hard to believe the footage is real. They broke so almost every rule of safe exploration in the few seconds of clips shown....no gas detectors, no helmets, no headlamps, no extra lights, no sense of direction, climbing on existing ropes, crossing timbers before checking them with safety gear, and general recklessness and bad decision making to name a few.

Unfortunately in this case, the danger of what could happen, did happen. These types of explorers SHOULD "Stay out, Stay alive".

  • @RetroElectroville

When you die, I'm going to find your grave and take a crap all over it! Then wipe it into your head stone. How do you feel now, scum bag!!
