my only concern is that the bolster was not adjusted to where her feet hang off it and how the leg was positioned for the draping and undraping other than that i like the techniques and the music is not that bad.
Fingers and wrist in the direction of the stroke for good body mechanics. Drape to ischial tuberosity. The slower you go the more relaxing the therapy. Petrissage is a lift, SQUEEZE and release of the tissues. Bolster placed 1 inch inferior directly under talocrural joint.
coming from a registered massage therapist, i am pretty disappointed in this video. you've called this a professional massage, but this does not seem like a professional tx, and i would want my money back from you if this is all you did for me.
@amandalk1990 If he does it as a profession, it's professional, lol. It's kind of a subjective label. Human services come in many variations and services, so I think there would be value in being more descriptive about what we like or dislike about observed modalities.
I have to agree with the guy about the music, it seems to drown out what your saying, you need some kinda soothing mucis, I don't find strumming some weird guiatar or what ever string instrument that is, but its annoying, but the video is good and interesting, but like to hear what your doing, and I can't, besides that, what kind of oil are you applying to your hands from your waiste side. Thanks John
I like the demonstrations but the background music is distracting and seems to drownd out your voice. I have to mute it and watch your actions without hearing what you are saying. I enjoy your techniques though. Thanks.
hm.... would you say hacking is more effective than cupping (tapotement) on the gastroc nemius? I like to use cupping on hamstrings but it feels awkward on calf.
i love the fact this is the only video i have found so far with no dislikes. but about the video itself, i loved it, it looks really comforting
