Made my eyes water just watching this.....lol. I have been a volunteer EMT for 16 years and I love it but I must say, I am so thankful that we dont have to do that to eachother in our training. We have dummies to use instead. :)
In certain advanced courses they do, and if you're a medic, doctor or nurse in the military, yes. Otherwise our medical training primarily focuses on keeping someone alive long enough to get them to a medical facility. In most situations it's not feasible to stitch someone up when you're in a firefight.
Good , thank you . I was worried if you were mad about me asking about your birthday . I have been busy here lately too . One of my little sisters had the stomach flu and got over that now the rest of my sisters and father have it . So me and my mom have a mess on our hands . Again , thank you for answering the quetions I had for you . Have you gone to Iraq yet ?
not really. The weird part was later on in that course when we had to stick IVs in each other. He forgot to hold down pressure on my vein and i spurted blood everywhere.
Oh boy , that is so my luck . I'd rather stick an IV into someone that to shove a tube down someone's throat . One more question for you . Do you have to have military training if you wanted to be a doctor or surgeon on an army base ?
Cool , thank you . Being a surgeon or doctor is one of the many things that I've taken interest in . I wanted to be a doctor for the military that would help our souldiers keep going at it . What is your's and Morgan's birthday ? Sorry for all the questions . Thank you
this was exactly my reaction--my administer friggin turned the tube the wrong way, and was stabbing the back of my nasal cavity---when they pulled it out, the end was nice and bloody
Anyone else think he looks a little bit like Macauly Culkin ? :-)

Not necessarily. Civilian and military doctors and surgeons often work side by side on military installations.
